Have been with Sprint for a long time but no more...

While I have had a family plan with Sprint for over 10 years, I will be disconnecting very soon. I have put up with a number of Sprint's of errors, bad service, bad customer service and thought all telco's were the same but no more. Will move to anyone of the other providers just to avoid Sprint. Take my advise and go to the other carriers. They really are better.

SOUNDS VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY

WORST COMPANY EVER

Sprint service is horrible. I am disgusted with this phone company. I had dropped my phone and the screen went out. I had called and ordered an replacement phone less than two days of receiving a replacement phone it had stopped working. They sent me over five different phones that did the same thing. I have no service my insurance has changed which leaves me with no phone at all. My text messages comes in late all the time sometimes I don't receive calls. I will not recommend Sprint service to anyone. I will be changing my service to AT&T as of tomorrow.

WORST COMPANY EVER !

I have two iPhones 4s and I wanted to cancel the plan. They first told me that I must to pay 200$ per line, and now, one week later, they say that I must to pay 700$ for cancelation and bill for next month ! They are liars and thieves !!!!!!! Don't make deals with them !

Excellent for me

I have an iPhone 5 have three LTE towers right by my house and works well in the city of Miami. Had a problem with my bill and the manual credit department fixed everything. I have no spending limit or anything so I don't have extra fees. You do have to pay a month in advance unlike most companies. I barely pay 250$ monthly for three lines all iPhones and unlimited. No problems here. :)

what ever you do dont pick sprint

Ok. So i have been waiting for my refund for over 3weeks. Only to be told that what was promised would not be sent to me. Okay 1st i was sold a phone that was suppose to be a new phone. My battary exploded. I was told nothing could be could or would be done. This is after the fact that i had already paid my bill. So.... After calling to cancel. I was over charged. I just want back what i was over charged for. The custermer service sucks. They wont let you talk you have to cuss them out for them to listen. What ever happen to if u make a promise you keep it

Truly the WORST

Left Verizon for Sprint--because of the unlimited data plans---after much asking and reassurance from Sprint Reps I went ahead and signed up--on to find that my iphone 5 is now running on a 3G network--mind you the Worst 3G speed, LTE sucks, drains battery from going in and out searching for service. Lots of dropped calls and terrible reception! Just awful stupid mistake once again. Avoid Sprint people. Going to cancel today- rather have better service on a limited data plan than having to deal with the frustation that is SPRINT. Oh and if you text a lot, forget it...they will be delayed!

Sprint has gone down the drain!

I have had Sprint for 6 years now. At first it was ALWAYS their costumer service was just the most AWFUL service I had ever had to deal with in my life. Being sent to 5 different people every time I called in for a problem. Now for more than six months I have had texting problems every often and EVERYDAY most of my calls out I get a freaking busy tone! My parents and friends have also had the same problem. I don't know what to say other that people should avoid their service at all costs (because it will cost you) and once my contract is up I am moving to a new service provider. The only thing keeping me with them is unlimited data, but now its so bad I don't want to take it anymore.

DO NOT GET SPRINT EVER!!!

After 2 yrs of service now my home has no network (Dead zone) They will not cancel my contract, can not make calls from my home up to a mile, so they say they are still providing service if I drive a mile out. Very UPSET I have miss work calls and I have little ones too. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Poor network. Overseas customer service...Nuff said. If you get someone in the U.S. Its passive/aggressive B.S. and games. The capper is the corporate discount-scam There are not enough characters or time to explain the half of it. RUN AWAY FROM SPRINT!!!!!! P.S. -They just bought U.S. Cellular. Just saying...
