Worst service ever

Anyone else have the worst customer service with Sprint? I had their phone for 4 days and which most of it didn't have service which is why I cancelled. After returning the phones and getting my refund for the devices, I got a bill in the mail for $215.42 so I called to inquire as to why. after about 15 minutes on the phone I was told the balance should be zero and be reflected on my next bill. Next moth I get another bill $150.34 so another call and was again told the balance would be zero on next month's bill and asked for an email to be sent stating this. Guess what, no email About a week later I get a letter from Sprint saying they are going to have a collection agency contact me to get the money if I didn't pay so another call to sprint and now my balance is $39.34 to pay for the 4 days worth of service which I argued down to $15. I pay the $15 and once again, next month I now get a bill for 19 cents. Seems every time I call Sprint they tell me lies and have even repeated back the interaction ID's and emails they sent stating my balance but doesn't seem to help. Is it just my back luck or are others having the same issues with Sprint?

how long can they work on towers

for weeks a friend of mine only has service off and i . When talking her phone drops the call all the time. They told her they are working on the towers. This has been going on for weeks. They also state that everyone is having this problem and ther is nothing they can do. They will not even give any reinbursments for anything.They do not care that ou do not have service. This is by far the worst cell phone provider

I've had Sprint service for over 10 years. The service is good if your only intention is making phone calls. If you want data use it sucks. I'm in the Detroit Metro area and I'm so disgusted with the service I'm ready to switch. 95% of my use depends on data. Not worth all the money they charge. I don't have a problem paying if I get the service I want. I had my brother in-law switch to sprint and he only had it a month and half. Cancelled his contract on two lines and went to t-mobile (He was willing to pay the early cancellation fees). Bad,Bad,Bad

sprint the biggest crap in cell

this is the worst company I have 5 years market this shit and look to be better is worse for several times and nothing left me a bloody aller service was one of those days that this shit would not work or even putting me in the middle of the street I only have days to finish my contract I hope I never have to go through this rather not have to keep letting phone sprint continue stealing my 118.00 dollars a month for a single line with service that works when he feels like it. Think about it before you choose shit like crap sprint. this is my name melvin rollins

Why all the problems?

I have had Sprint service in three cities: Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles. Service has always been excellent -- I can't imagine all the problems other users have had. TMobile is now offering no roaming charges and I looked at TMobile reviews: they are as bad as the Spring reviews listed here. If all I did was read these reviews I never would have gotten Sprint. People, please: post positive reviews as well as negative ones.

Do not get sprint worse service ever had in my life

I had all services and none of them ever sucked so bad. No data what so ever I can't even use the internet on my iPhone 5 unless I'm on wifi. Customer service sucks hella bad. I went in to see if they can help me out cause I can't use my phone to surf the web and they said they can't help me saying I'm screwed. Every time I call them they say the same stuff. I guess I'm stuck with a phone that I can't use for another 20 months

Bad Connections

I have 2 lines connected to Sprint! I have to wait for these contracts to expires or I will end up paying too much money for cancellations. They have terrible service! If you are using an IPHONE or any data network services on your phones I suggest to look elsewhere. Sprint CANNOT support DATA network services or in other words ONLINE connections nor regular connections.

SPRINT LIES, CHEATS, and DON'T SUPPORT TROOPS

My husband sing into a contract guarantee a price and military discount. Follow instructions as they ask and we never have received the price the stated or the discount as far as I know is the most dishonest company in USA. We never using them again.

I have a iPhone 4S. As far as the phone is concerned I live it. But the sprint coverage sucks. I've had metro pcs and I can honestly say that it's no better. I thought they were a top company like AT and T it Verizon. But shortly after signing a 2 year contract I learned that there service and coverage is actually worse. I pay $114 a month. I could have Verizon for that price. I regret sighing up with them. My contract is up in 2 months and I will not be continuing there slow and crappy service. Rip off big time. And there phones don't have SIM cards so they only work on there network. Now my 4s is going to be nothing more then a iPod in 2 months. Sprint Sucks.

Don't Get Sprint

I have been a Sprint customer for years and 2 months ago when I received my bill I noticed a charge of $57 and change for web data usage. I called customer service because I don't use the internet on my cell phone. The customer service rep told me I had accessed the internet 20 times and I told him I had not. He argued that I did and I told him I never use the internet and no one else uses my phone. They refuse to remove the charge from my bill and are now telling me they are going to shut my phone off because I will not pay the $57 and change for a service I did not use. I pay my bill every month on time and just deduct the charges I did not use. I intend to leave Sprint as soon as my contract ends or when they shut my phone off. I am going to Virgin Mobile. Being a good customer for many years means nothing to these large companies.
