Worst service I've ever owned

I have owned two services prior to this one. (T-Mobile and Verizon) Sprint by far has provided me with nothing but difficulties in the performing everyday tasks that a phone should be capable of doing. Example: for me to send a text message with a picture attached, Took over 20 minutes to send.(even with a Wi-Fi connection to help boost the cell service)

Very poor customer service

I contacted customer service about my bill which i was charged twice for my prepaid plan, the managers put me on hold for about 30 minutes without speaking a word back assuring me that she was still working on my problem and finally i decided to hang up after 45 minutes..i had raised this issue several times over the chat, but after i chat for a while they disconnect the chat in the middle.I dont think they care about the customers anymore after they get you sign into something.

Very poor coverage

Gave up on sprint after only three months of service. Poor call quality I'm always roaming. Customer service was no help. Indicated about improvements to network which has been ongoing for over a year. Good bye sprint.

I CANNOT BELIEVE I'M STUCK WITH SPRINT FOR 19 MORE MONTHS!!

So I've had MetroPCS before Sprint. I want to go back!! I live in West Covina, CA and my Sprint phone just isn't cutting it. My phone works as if I live out in the boonies. I don't get 3g nor service anywhere. I work in West Hollywood and the service is great, I love it but where I need my phone to work the most, it just doesn't. With MetroPCS I got great 4g service everywhere I went, from the beach to the desert. I lived in Las Vegas for 3 months and my metro phone was amazing. I truly love their service, never a failed text, never slow 4g and never ever a dropped call. I need to switch back. The service with Sprint is beyond ridiculous. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Service Poor

I had Sprint for 11 months. During this time I experienced dropped calls and dead zones. I called customer service about this and they kept telling me I had great coverage in this are and they would send a technician to look at the tower. I never received excellent coverage. I could not use my phone in my apartment and would experience dropped calls throughout the day. The didnt do anything, so I left yesterday.

LOOK ELSEWHERE! SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD!

If I could rate everything a 0 I would! There data service is makes dial up look good, customer service has no interest is helping you once your under contract, and if you try to get them to bend at all, they hang up on you! Look elsewhere! 12 more months for me to go, worst then a jail sentence

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had Sprint for one month and I will be canceling at this rate. I paid my bill early and was shut off as a reward. I spent three hours on the phone to be told to go to a store. I did, where it took another hour to get an answer. The gentlemen at the store were awesome in their customer service in trying to help me but once you have to deal with the morons on the phone customer service goes out the window. I even had a manger hang up on me when she couldn't answer my question. I will be going back to T-Mobile. At least there when I pay my bill my service stays on. Simply doesn't make any sense to me.

Worst customer service.

I guess a plan that calls for SHARING 700 minutes between to lines doesn't really mean SHARED! I'm being charged .40 a minutes! Now I am trying to cancel and I am getting a run-a-round.

Don't ever get sprint

I had tried t-mobile, AT&T and sprint. Sprint is a night mare. Moved to a new location In Portland OR and had very poor coverage at my house. 99.9% of calls fail and no 3G what so ever. Sprint refused to cancel service and was saying we good coverage there. Sprint been very bad in Portland. Calls fail and 3G being very slow. Had to complain to BBB to end with sprint. Never ever will I come back to sprint. Costumer service just the worst place you can call, same with sprint stores. Save ur self a headache and don't get sprint.

Worst customer service!!

Wrong charges for data roaming and got restriction on my 2 lines without my consent from sprint agent. I've been with them 10 years but they don't really care about how long you with them...agan worst company! Unlimited data it is true but it is so slow that make you think you are limited....can't even browse facebook very well due to lack of service. Poor service and customer service....for real this company should bankrupt!!!
