Horrible services ever

Posted on: February 12th, 2014 by Anonymous

They told their customers one thing, then charged them another price more than what they told the customers. They could come up with any excuses and you could not do anything with it. Stay away from Sprint. Not worth to stay with them while the services and reception are very bad for the price.

I left Sprint for Ting and saved hundreds.

Posted on: January 27th, 2014 by Anonymous

I use to use Sprint but changed to Ting. They use the Sprint network so that doesnt change but Ting is cool, they are super cheap and there is NO contract,no sign up fees whatsoever. Basically you just pay for what you use, no plans. I pay $23 a month no consistently and get 500 min., 1000 text, and 100 MB of data. If I talk more one month, I get up to 1000 minutes and pay $9 more. Anyway, check them out and compare at Ting.com. Get $25 off to start with this code. https://zhngp515dj2.ting.com/ You have to bring a Sprint phone over or pretty much any Android. I bought a nice HTC LTE on ebay for $100 and love it more than the iphone.

Good experience with them lately

Posted on: January 19th, 2014 by Heumann Stephanie

I sold my Note 2 because it was just too big. I am a Blackberry fan but can't upgrade til the end of the year. I bought a used Blackberry bold 9930 off ebay. Delores helped me activate it over the phone she was terrific. I took it into the Sprint store in Medford, OR because I was having trouble with App world. The Rep tried to help but couldn't get it resolved, he sent me to the store across town that has a service tech. Gabe the technician was awesome he was able to resolve the issue and it works great, at no charge!. Sprint did the right thing by having a local tech available. My hours have been reduced at work so I struggled with my bill a few times. Sprint worked with me and for these reasons I will remain a loyal customer.

Will cancel my contract

Posted on: January 14th, 2014 by Thao Tr

I had first contract with Sprint, finding that their reception was really bad. However, I don't talk on the phone much so I don't really care. That was why I still stayed with Sprint. Then I was introduced to adding the home phone for $19.99 per month. I asked upfront if there will be any additional charge to my final balance? The sale rep said NO. Guess what? They charged me the surcharge fee and then additional tax which added up to almost double amount of my other landline provider. I got so pissed and cancelled it with termination fee. I rather pay termination fee than giving them more business. They won't get any recommendation from me and won't get my business again.

FRAUD ALERT

Posted on: January 14th, 2014 by Kelly Frey

SPRINT IS NOW USING UPS TO COMMIT FRAUD. If you change your mind on your order and want to return it, Sprint will send you a complete return kit with their preprinted UPS label. They will then claim they never received the delivery of the equipment even though you followed up by giving the tracking number and information provided by UPS with the date, time, address delivered to, and the name of the person who signed for the package. By claiming the package wasn't received they can charge you and WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE requesting payment. I have reported the fraud to UPS and I am currently waiting for a response from them. Hopefully, they can assist me with the issue and will follow up with Sprint on the issue of the so called undelivered packages. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, maybe we need to call News 8 Consumers Report?

CRAP!

Posted on: January 11th, 2014 by Cobe Cob

Sprint Has horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Month in and out me and my wife pay sprint religiously! We have lost more money in our business as a result of poor sprint service. BEWARE don't do business with these guys! They say their service plan is unlimited everything but don't be fooled. Their service has limitations because of their 1 star network. If your service is unlimited then why is their limitations when you use it??? Sprint is sucking american family's dry! In Arlington TX under zip code 76011 there are 3 cell phone towers reporting bad internet signals. Sprint does not care. They are stating the internet is connected and they show the connection is working. In the pictures below you will notice that the internet connection is fine but the usage is not working. Understand just cause your internet is connected does not mean it is ready for use. I continue to receive the error message below you see below everyday!! Sprint says as long as it shows connect we don't care if it does not work ''PAY ME''! If I continue to do business with sprint I will be homeless. Please beware break your contract's and run far as you can!!!!!!!

Bull. Would give 0 if i could.

Posted on: January 10th, 2014 by Shawnee Armstrong

Sh*t service at outrageous prices. I only switched to Sprint because I was promised better service but it is the same if not worse and 4 times the price. I have way too many minutes but there is no option to downgrade. Some of the employees are extremely rude. I was charged $150 for a new phone because the crack in the screen was bigger than one inch, if it had been smaller it would have been free. I call bullsh*t because it doesn't matter how big the crack is it doesn't cost anymore to fix it. False advertising, Virgin Mobile is 1000x better.

Poor Customer Service to a loyal fifteen-year client.

Posted on: January 3rd, 2014 by Kylie Bonfante

I just in the past month bought an iPhone 5C from Sprint. I no longer can talk on the phone with people who do not have an iPhone because they cannot hear me. When I called customer service to ask for a new phone, mind you I HAVE INSURANCE on a less than a month old phone, they told me unless they could find a defect they wouldn't be able to do anything for me and that they would not replace my phone. The fourth person I spoke to told me to contact the Apple store to get a replacement....why should they deal with Sprint's problems. I have been a customer with Sprint for fifteen years on a five person family plan and am astounded at their poor service. If I could afford to pay $350.00 to discontinue service I would do so right away. I will probably wait a year so that the fee is lessened and leave soon.

Deceptive Company Willing to Blatantly Lie to Get Your Business

Posted on: January 1st, 2014 by Melanie Green

I intended to drop my Sprint plan after terrible reception and bad customer service experiences. But the lure of the low price phone plan got me on my recent trip to Delaware? My iPhone 4S?s speaker hadn?t worked in many months. I called the Sprint customer service line to see when we were eligible for upgrade. Apparently we were eligible right then. I also wanted to add another line to my phone. The customer service woman told me that we could even save money by adding a phone line (as their plans had changed significantly over the past year). We went to Best Buy (at her recommendation) to get new iPhones. The man at Best Buy was pretty rude, but he did hand us a paper and explained to us that if you had one line it was $50, two lines made each line $40, three lines made each line $30 and four lines made each line $20. I did a double take. Since I was looking at three lines, the man explained to us that we would be paying $90, so we might as well get four lines to make it $80. Data was extra per line he explained. So our bill, according to him, would be around $140 or so plus taxes (with data added for only two of the lines). We were hesitant because we didn?t know what the catch was. Plus, the Best Buy guy right next to us screwed up another person?s line by losing their work number. We left and went to the actual Sprint store. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen. It kind of felt like a doctor?s office in that way. There were four employees there who were working with two or three customers. I asked the same question to the girl who helped us about the cost. She said it made a lot of sense to switch, as we were paying $147 already with just the two lines. I confirmed with her again about the pricing, asking for the informational page to take home. She spent another 45 minutes or so setting up the phones. She instructed us to sit down, so we did that. She was really nice. A few days later Sprint sent me a message that there was an error on my bill. Evidently, they had left one number on its own plan with the others on the new plan. I thanked them for fixing it. The woman then said my next expected bill would be $509! I said ?what? This must be an error.? She explained that the next bill after that would be my normal rate of $261. I told her I never would have agreed to that. I had been explained by three other Sprint employees and one Sprint contractor that my bill would be around $140 since we weren?t paying for minutes individually anymore. She said that was my bill now and the $509 was just two months that I had to pay in advance. I asked to speak to her supervisor, Kim, who had trouble hearing me on my Sprint line (no surprise there). She explained how they charged me is $50 for line one, $40 for line two, plus $30 for line three and $20 for line four (which now as I?m writing this would STILL be lower than my monthly bill quote!). I explained to her that this couldn?t be true. I had three other Sprint people quote me (in writing some of the time!) what my bill would be. That I had been willingly deceived into agreeing to keep my phone with Sprint and to add more lines. She kind of agreed, but stated that the only thing she could do was to charge me the way she thought I should be charged. I?ve written about my distaste for Sprint before. They have such terrible reception (in my metropolitan hometown), that it?s a joke amongst us Sprint users that you have to check up on your text messages because often they?re not going to go through. Their customer service was blatantly bad in 2011 when we got the phones in the first place, but now it?s deceptively bad. Sprint tells you what you want to hear in order for you to sign that contract. But just because Sprint says something, it doesn?t make it true. And about their unlimited data, because what would a Sprint review be without it? It?s not good. Yes, it?s unlimited, but it rarely works. In order to Google things on my phone I usually have to be hooked up to WiFi. That makes having unlimited data quite useless.
