If you are looking to spend HUNDREDS of dollars for no internet, dropped calls, no text sent and cheap labor from the Philippines who could care less how much you pay and hang up on you if you ask for a supervisor then this is the company you want to Rape your bank account.

worst company to deal with no service ever

I have been a customer for 8 years its taken them 7 days to get my phone fixed and i still have no phone. from a business owners point of view this is his gold mine. I have been unable to use a replacement phone cause the insurance would change to a different phone. They never have service even though friends with at&t always have clear reception. I have been overcharged and simply not even called back so many times i cant count. I thought i would stay just cause of the unlimited plan but out of pure irritation and lack of service, I am leaving the company and will not look back. I hope you do not get sprint and if you do I am truly sorry you are in that situation were a contract holds you to them. If you get the chance to leave do exactly that, it will be the smartest decision you have ever made.

sprint website sucks

why is it that for the last 3 days I have not be able to view my account online. after I log in it says this area of the site is down.. really sprint?? how do you expect to run a quality business when customers can't access your services. my contract is over this month will not be renewing, sprint is too much of a hassle.

am currently sitting on hold with this awful company as I am writing this .....Terrible service,dropped calls, So many dead spots I can' barely use my service......But that isn't even the worst of it ...What they call customer service is a JOKE !!!! I have so many issues with them that I can't even begin to describe. Let me just say .....They are all liars and work at deception .....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR .....PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....

Worst Company I have ever dealt with!

I have been a customer of Sprint for a total of 3 days now and have had the worst experience of my life. They sent me a phone in the mail that was defective. Ran me all around town to fix it. Gave me a replacement that had the same issue and refused to replace my screen protector. When I took the replacement in, they then proceeded to attempt to charge me more money to replace my phone with a different phone of lesser value. I have never had worse customer service with any company, and have never been treated so rudely by employees anywhere else.

the service is completely horrible and dropped calls are the best...it is ruining my relationship with my boyfriend :( I pay $190.00 for shitty service that is not worth my hard earned cash...so for all you people who plan to get sprint, think twice before switching to this network, it is complete waste of money and they don't comply with their service when it comes down to customer service.

People listen to me, if you ever receive a phone call from Sprint offering you a long distance service just hang up. Because when they called me I asked them about their rates and for other info and afterwards I said I DO NOT want their service( of course it was so expensive ). Well guess what happened two months later ??? I get the bill from them and apparently I had their service two weeks after they called. They billed me for those 2 weeks, the amount of $155.00 . Can you imagine that!!! With my other long service companies I get like $ 30.00 a month!!!Anyways, When I called them to explain my situation they said they can't find my account (duuuuhhhh I NEVER HAD ONE) But still I get the bill, and even today 2 months later I am getting second bill, now with a late fee of $ 1. 66 because I did not pay the first bill. O MY GOOOOOD!!! Now apparently they can't do anything about it, they gave me the # of another department who cancel my account (which I never had) to talk to them. When you call them they never answer you have to leave the voice msg, and of course after you leave one, there is no response from them. Now I am stuck with this bill who will see the trash can again!!!!Just one thing the rating is below 0!!!

Absolutely the Worst Phone Service Ever

I had AT&T but switched because Sprint had cheaper available prices and unlimited network. The first week I called Sprint Customer Service because I thought there was something wrong with my Galaxy SIII because I never had service and was constantly dropping calls, but then realized that it was just Sprints horrible network. I travel a lot and have lived in two different states since then and their service has never changed, it's still terrible. And if the unlimited data is tempting to you as it was to me, I only use 200-400 mb a month because I have to sit and stair at my phone for 5 minutes waiting for something to load, so I won't even use the internet on my phone unless I'm connected to wifi.

The worst I've Ever Had

I've had Unicel, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Cingular, and Alltel. Sprint is the worst. Issues I've had with Sprint in my time as a customer: 1. After a visit to a store to ask a question, a third line ended up on my account that took multiple phone calls, and repeated insistence that I wasn't the one that opened it. 2. Called the company to have bloatware uninstalled from my phone, was refused, talked down to, and treated poorly. 3. Store rep sent me across town to get my phone fixed (I paid for the insurance) only to find out that I had to send it in and he could have helped me. 4. When my new phone came, the same employee refused to help me activate it in the store saying he couldn't do it. Then he did it without too much effort after my insistence that I was sent to the store to do so. 5. My replacement phone sent after my insurance claim was a refurbished piece of junk that had to be sent back for a replacement. 6. Repeated instances of random charges on my account. 7. No service at my house for an extended period of time (I live in a major metro area) 8. During the 6 months of 4G LTE upgrades I had a lot of dropped calls and poor service. I called in multiple times on the issue and was eventually told I would be given a $15 per month credit for the service upgrade period and to call when complete. I got a text saying upgrades were complete after 6 months. I called in and was offered $30 for 2 months of issues for some unexplained reason. I could have gotten that when I called the first time not after 6 months of calls and monitoring the issue. 9. Service is nowhere near as good as my Verizon work phone. Steer clear. I'm seriously considering buying out my wife's contract to be done with these guys. How they maintain market share is beyond me.
