I was about to start new service....I changed my mind because I believe that they are VERY BIAS in the selection of international countries you can call/text. For god sake, this is the 21st century.

Terrible!!! Horrible!! No good!

AIO was great! Service everywhere even in remote parts of Texas where Sprint didn't cover. But when they switch to Cricket....calls constantly dropped, calls don't go through, people say they have called me, and I show no missed calls.There are times that I cannot call out-to anyone, not even to Cricket using 211. I miss AIO!

I worked in cricket before in manila, nco company it is called, i believe its now called egs, i had a good experienced with the company and now i decided to become their new account holder in one of their programs. services sucks but the people behind it from customer service are good although they lack english profiency..and lots of homosexual horsing around when you talk to one of them..

Don't Even Think About Using Cricket Wireless

I was trying to port my number in to Cricket and it has been a disaster! I paid $60 online for a SIM card and a smart plan and 6 days later I have not gotten an email, a SIM card or anything. They didn't even send me an email confirming my purchase (!!). According to Cricket Wireless, UPS delivered the SIM card, but I have not received anything. Now they ask me to open an investigation with UPS and dispute the charges with my bank, because they have no way to give me a refund. I spend two days trying to get someone on the phone and this is the best solution they came up with. Madness! Aio Wireless had decent reviews and I am beyond exhausted with my $90 per month plan, so I decided to risk it. Bad decision - should have listened to my husband.

when I first got my service a couple months ago it was AIO I payed $200 for a phone that worked perfect.Now that its cricket the phone is worthless. I get no reception can't run any apps unless I use wifi for 55 bucks a month you have got to be kidding me. Stop these THEIVES befor they get started.

Cricket really needs to work on all their crap and supposed customer loyalty and customer service! Gonna tell me that I can't speak to a manager, even though the operator was yelling at me because i wanted to see why my bill was raised 20 dollars.

Terrible call quality & dropped calls

I have an iPhone with Cricket and I have such poor call quality (my voice cutting out, calls dropping CONSTANTLY)! I went to the Cricket store and asked if they could help with this issue and/or troubleshoot my phone. Their answer? NO. Just NO! They could not/would not help me. This is the biggest POS phone company I have ever seen!! I liked it because it was just one price no matter how many minutes/texts/internet access, etc., but when it gets to the point that you can't even place or receive calls, that's just plain stupid. CRICKET SUCKS BIG-TIME!!!

Cricket is a Rip-Off

I made a payment and yet they cut off my service so then I cancelled their service. I accidently made another payment after I cancelled service. Now they inform me that they do not make refunds and that is stated on their website so I cannot get my money back. I purchased the phone and plan from Radio Shack and was not informed of this policy at this time. The service was lousy and one could not make 800 phone calls.

Clueless time wasteers

Cricket wireless are useless with the most poorly trained customer service of any cell phone company i have dealt with. It took me three hours and lengthy conversations with seven different reps before I was able to change my a payment on my checking account ..... my attempts at making the payment were failing and nobody could tell me why.... the clueless manager Jenny at the local store in Vancouver WA blew me off with a cock and bull story about how the bank was declining the payments. I called my bank and they said that was baloney, and that nobody had attempted to charge the bank. After three hours of lengthy periods on hold and lengthy conversations with clueless reps, I was eventually connected with a specialist in the payment center who told me exactly what was going on .. apparently the first time that a checking account is used there are some extra verification steps required, and once we went through that process the payment cleared just fine. It is ridiculous that none of the customer service people knew this, and it is insane that the branch manager Jenny did not know this.

Horrible

I dropped my phone and the touch screen stopped working so I called the hotline number they gave me at radio shack. That guy transferred me to another number where even the automated voices couldn't speak english. That lady transferred me to another number which transferred me to another number. The nice lady there told me that they couldn't help me and I was just going to have to buy another phone. Never again, Cricket.You have lost my business for good. This was truly a horrible experience.
