The good: Gladly recommend this company. Good service quality in my areaThe bad: Unable to change phone until contract update.Summary: A very good company. My phone was distroyed, I could not get another phone until my contract was due. Then they contacted us and let us receive a new phone a couple months (3) early. Thanks, D. Cousins

Good enough for now

The good: You can accumulate tons of rollovers in a short time with the right plan,and it won't break your bank..they're also good for a year,which is plenty of time to jaw away with your friends/family & use them upThe bad: Sometimes you just can't get decent service,period,it's shifty & if it decides not to work just give it upSummary: Overall cingular is something of a double edged sword,with the 10 cents charged per extra text if you go over your quota,if you text like a teenager you'll go bankrupt..The service could certainly be better,which is why I'll probably change when my service plan is over

Cingular is the only cell phone company around here with the best service ...I live about a mile from a phone tower and can not get service with other companies even when roaming

The good: Good plansThe bad: Poor or fraudulent billing practices and poor conflict resolutionSummary: Cingular is a good company, but they have no regard for customers, either new or long-time customers. They engage in fraudulent billing practices and have no regard for conflict resolution with customers, forcing customers to seek relief through the Attorney General.

The good: I love the rolloverThe bad: spendySummary: The reason we chose this plan was the rollover minutes and the mobile to mobile. My husbands family also has cingular. Overall we are quite happy with it. We haven't had any trouble at all.

The good: I really like my service for the most part.The bad: I get a lot of dropped callsSummary: I find it funny that the company that advertises the fewest dropped calls actually has more dropped calls in my area than my other cell phone carrier

The good: NothingThe bad: There is no service in my county once you get outside city limits. It stinks.Summary: There is not any service in this county once you get outside city limits. They claim they have the least dropped calls, yeah right. We get dropped at least 5 times a day.

The good: convient as it is combined billed with my home phone. free mobile to mobile,free nights and weekendsThe bad: calls are still dropped. No service from spring city until Chattanooga. Would like night calling to begin at 7 p.m. at no extra chargeSummary: The combined billing is nice and saves money. The rollover minutes are great. Still have issues with dropped calls and no service in certain areas. Customer service people are very friendly most of the time.Its really great if yuor whole has cingular they are free to call then.

The good: The Rollover minutesFree Mobile to Mobile The bad: Poor Service in some areasSummary: I have had Cingular for about two Years and most of the time Love the Service I get from them Sometime sit makes me upset when I am on an Important call and it gets dropped but overall service is great
