Twitter is reportedly testing a new feature that'll help you focus less on your phone and more on your real life.

Code inside the Twitter app for Android shows that the company is working on a Snooze feature for notifications. Found by Jane Manchun Wong, the feature appears as a notification bell with a line through it in the top-right corner of the Twitter app's Notifications tab.

Tapping this button will let you snooze notifications for 1 hours, 3 hours, or 12 hours. While this feature will stop push notifications from making your phone buzz, the app does note that notifications will still appear in your Notifications tab so that you won't miss them completely.

A snooze feature for the Twitter app would be most helpful for folks with a lot of followers or someone who has a tweet that goes viral, but it could also be a handy feature if you just want to silence your Twitter app for a few hours but continue to get notifications from the rest of your app. Twitter hasn't commented on this leaked Snooze feature, so it's unclear when or if it might launch to the public.
