If you’re a Verizon customer that wants a smaller Android phone, a new device from LG may be what you need.
The LG K8 V will be available for pre-order from Verizon tomorrow, June 9, ahead of its June 16 launch. Pricing will be set at $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $6 apiece or $144 full retail. If you pre-order between June 9 and June 15, though, you can get $50 off the price of the LG K8 V with a new or upgraded device payment plan.
As for what you’ll get when you buy the LG K8 V, you can expect an Android 6.0.1 smartphone with a 5-inch 1280x720 display. The LG K8 V also has 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, 16GB of storage (9.3GB available to the user), and a microSD slot for adding more storage. Rounding out the LG K8 V’s spec list is a quad-core Snapdragon processor and removable 2125mAh battery.
The LG K8 V is an affordable addition to Verizon’s smartphone lineup, and it could also be a good option for folks that want a smaller Android phone. Plus, just because it’s got an affordable price tag doesn’t mean that LG and Verizon skimped out on features, as it also includes support for HD Voice and global roaming.
