Following a couple of leaks that gave us peeks at the Verizon version of the Sony Xperia Z2, it’s now time for us to get a preview of that device’s big sibling.
A new image shared by @evleaks claims to show the Verizon-branded variant of the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet. The device looks fairly similar to the regular Xperia Z2 Tablet that debuted earlier this year, save for the Verizon 4G LTE branding that’s found on its backside and in its status bar.
It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen any Sony hardware on Verizon’s shelves, but thankfully it looks like that’s about to change in a big way. What’s better is that Verizon will be launching a couple of high-end Sony handsets, giving its customers more worthwhile options when shopping for a new Android phone or tablet.
While we wait for Sony and Verizon to officially announce their Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet variants, you can check out our hands-on video of the Wi-Fi-only Xperia Z2 Tablet down below.
