The WiFi-only version of the Motorola XOOM has been enjoying Android 3.2 for a couple of days now, but owners of the Verizon XOOM shouldn't fret too much. Motorola recently confirmed on its Twitter account that Big Red XOOM will be getting its own update to 3.2 "in the coming weeks." No further release details were provided.
Android 3.2 includes several goodies, including the ability to stretch or xoom zoom an app on the tablet in order to make it a tad more usable on the device. The update also finally enables the XOOM's SD card slot, something owners of the slate have been itching for since the XOOM's arrival in February. Now we just need some more info on when the Verizon XOOM's LTE upgrade will be kicking off. Thankfully, it looks like it'll be going down sooner rather than later. Stay tuned.
