Hey iOS users, you may want to grab your iDevice and its little white 30-pin connector cable, because Apple just pushed iOS 4.3.4 out to devices in the wild. This new build of iOS contains a fix for the PDF exploit used by the latest version of JailbreakMe, so you Cydia addicts out there would probably be wise to avoid hitting that "Update" button in iTunes. The new OS is available to the iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 3GS, GSM iPhone 4, and the third and fourth gen iPod touch. The Verizon iPhone is getting its own special software update, which is version 4.2.9.
Apple previously said that it was working on a patch for the PDF hole that allowed the new JailbreakMe exploit to work, so the arrival of this new build of iOS doesn't come as much of a surprise. This is expected to be the last 4.x version of iOS that's released before Apple makes the move to iOS 5 this fall.
