Thanks to recent leaks, it looks like the Samsung Epic 4G will finally be upgraded to Android 2.2 the day after Christmas. What about the other devices in Samsung's popular Galaxy S line, though? Well, we still don't know about the Vibrant and Captivate, but a new leak has shown that the Fascinate may get Froyo before 2010 is up. The folks at Android Central were sent the image you see above, claiming that the Fascinate will be able to run Flash before the end of 2010. As you know, where there's Flash, there's Froyo.
It would certainly be nice to see two Galaxy S phones get Android 2.2 by the end of the year, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind about this leak. First of all, there's only a week left in 2010. Second, the DROID X is described on the sheet as having Android 2.1, even though it's been running 2.2 for a few months now. Obviously, there's a good chance that this document is just a little outdated. Still, I'm holding out hope for Fascinate owners. We've been waiting for Android 2.2 to arrive on the Galaxy S line for some time now, and getting a heaping helping of Froyo would be a great way to blow out 2010.
