Motorola is back in the game with three new Droid smartphones for Verizon Wireless. The flagship is the Motorola Droid Mini, and in addition to the spelling changes ('DROID' is now 'Droid'), there are changes under the hood. The Droid Mini is powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core CPU with Motorola's X8 system, and offers 4G LTE connectivity along with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The phone sports a 4.3-inch display and a 2,000 mAh battery. It will be available for purchase on August 20th for $99.99.
