Aaron takes a look at the LG Optimus L3 II at Mobile World Congress 2013. The successor to the L3 announced last year, it packs a 1 GHz processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and a 1,540 mAh battery, which is a reasonable size for the size of the device. With a 3.2-inch display, it's on the very small end of the spectrum, as is the price. This is going to be a solid seller for emerging markets and those that want a very inexpensive smartphone - perhaps as a secondary device to keep in the glove compartment.
