Intel is one of the hot names in the business right now, and the Acer C1 is fortunate enough to be packing one of the company's new Atom CPU's. Shown off at Mobile World Congress 2013, Acer C1 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom CPU and has a 4.3-inch qHD display (540x960 pixels), 8-megapixel camera, 2,000 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It's spec'd well, but the lack of Jelly Bean is a bit annoying (particularly considering low-end devices like the Optimus L3 II have it).
