Aaron takes a first look at the Acer Liquid E1 at Mobile World Congress 2013.  With a 1 GHz dual-core CPU, 4.5-inch qHD display (540x960 pixels), 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD recording, 1,760 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, it's a solid little mid-range handset with a lot to like.  Acer, ASUS, ZTE, Huawei, and more are stepping into the game in big ways this year.  Here's to hoping we see them in the US!  A little competition can go a long way.
