Alcatel is going big with the device launches, and they're taking Mobile World Congress 2013 to show off new innovations.  The Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD offers a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 5-inch IPS HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1 GB of RAM, 2,500 mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.  It's a solid device, though given it's position in the high-end space, I doubt we'll see this in the US, even on one of the regional carriers.
