The good: Great reception, Long battery life, Great speakerphone
The bad: Does not have cabability to take pictures
Summary: This phone has great reception and rarely drops calls. The speakerphone is loud enough to be heard in a car, therefore eliminating the need for an additional handsfree device. Even after using this phone for 2 years, the battery still provides at least 3 hours of talk time. It is very easy to use also. I highly recommend this phone.
The good: Other then the sound it worked fine. Camera was good and easy to use.
The bad: The phone sounds horrible. Even with a good connection it was muffled and sounded like it had static in the connection.
Summary: I brought this back to exchange as the sound was so bad. Other than that it was fine but who wants a phone with good features but you can't hear people clearly.
The good: cheap plans, great coverage, good selection of phones,
The bad: none
Summary: I live in the country and coverage here is no problem,I normally have anywhere form 3 to 5 bars,I live close to town which is Augusta,I coulnt ask for better coverage than Alltel.I been with Alltel since July 12,2007.
The good: Good Coverage and text

The bad: Limited Range with-out roaming, comprable services are getting cheaper with contract Phone Companies.
Summary: My wife and I have had Cricket for several years and while I have a Basic phone it is still is working fine. While not great they will give a discount on a new phone. I went into check the other day and even though I did not do it then the put on my account to discount me $75.00 towards the purchase of a new phone. The local Customer care was very helpfull and pleasant to deal with.
The good: Ulimited mins, text & pic messages for $3.00 more Unlimited 411
The bad: Customer care needs improves and credit & debt card payments needs work
Summary: Charges:
$15.00 dollars to add or change serivces to your account, but you are allowed one phone number change for free.

Customer care:
Need improve less foreigners for reps can't understand what they are saying and they can't understand me it's hard to get what i need. More english reps please.

Plans:
Are excellent.

Call quality:
Is very good,a few drop calls mostly when im in this one spot in my house.

The feature i love most is when calling 411 i have an option to get a text with the info...

The good: Great voice quailty,loud ringer,30 preloaded ringtones,5 preloaded wallpapers,easy to use,speakerphone,
The bad: no camera,no bluetooth,no side keys
Summary: I have had this phone for 24 days. It's a great phone!,Loud ringer, easy to send texts, great speaker volume, good entry level phone that get's the job done
The good: Small size, nice design, mini-USB chager, good camera for a mid-range phone.
The bad: Typical Motorola menuing system, short battery life.
Summary: Overall quite a nice phone but with typical Motorola problems (primarilly the horrible menuing system). The battery needs charging every night with moderate use although with the included mini-USB cable it is possible to get a full charge in one hour.
The good: I love how small the phone is, excellent screen for viewing pictures and video clips
The bad: I dont like the fact that there is no light or flash for the camera. What if I want to take a picture at night or when its dark? I cant! Wish the battery lasted a little longer.
Summary: I love the look and feel of the phone, its small and fits anywhere. The voice and viewing screen are excellent. My only problem was that there is no flash or light for the camera. I like to take pictures all the time and sometimes there is little or no light available. Also, the battery life is short. For a person like me thats always on the phone I feel like Im charging the phone a couple times a day
The good: camera/video cam
screen
speaker phone
loud ring tones
The bad: none
Summary: i love this phone. it rocks, and it has a ton of great features like a video cam, mp3 player and lots more. this phone is recomened by all my friends
The good: Love the due date and minutes display. Easy to re-up. Does not charge for busy signals. Is easy to use.
The bad: Can't really think of any.
Summary: My husbands phone just went on the fritz. I had heard that the customer service was a little iffy, but we had NO problems! He called about the phone he has had for about 5 months. They sent him a replacement in just a few days...easy! I have been telling everyone I know to get this phone!
The good: 1. it's cute, nice design
2. easy navigation, large buttons and distinct icons
3. sound is great
The bad: 1. Horrible battery life!!
Summary: I bought an Oystr that had a defective battery and promptly exchanged it for another oystr (the one I have currently) and it has the exact same battery problems. I have to charge it every day only to have it die within a couple of hours. Plus, I have only owned the phone for maybe six months and the screen is blanking out. I have spoken to friends who also own an oystr and they are having similar problems, especially with the terrible battery life.
The good: Great phone all around until bluetooth is connected to a computer or other source.
The bad: This phone is great until it is connected through bluetooth to my computer. After it is connected many features on the alarm clock page stop working---including the "new alarm" button and the exit button. The page just freezes and the only way to get it to stop that I know of so far is to have the Alltel agency reset it. I have had 3 different phones of this model do this.
Summary: If anyone has had this same problem and knows how to fix is pleast let me know!
The good: Great size. Font perfect for over 40!
The bad: Signal was so bad I had to take it back. Could not use it in my work place.
Summary: Loved all of the features of this phone. A little larger so it was easy to hold. Larger font feature was wonderful. I wish the reception was better with this equipment. I was told it just might be a bad phone but, I was unwilling to try another one.
The good: Cool looking phone (i have the strawberry one)
i like the touch pad
The bad: OK button is TOO small, even for my little fingers. number pad is small. hard to open to use with one hand.

My phone started to vibrate really soflty then died out all together. I took it back to the store and they had to send me a new one. while i was there the other person in line had a chocolate. when i went back to get my info switched over the other two people also had chocolate with problems. now my BRAND NEW phone doesn't like to stay on. I am about to kill it. I am going t
Summary: It was great for the first month. It appears that this phone is unreliable. I am very dissapointed. (enough to write a review online!)
The good: Intuitive, durable/resilient, small
The bad: Terrible camera, tiny memory, screen difficult to see in direct sunlight
Summary: I'm now shopping to replace my T610 (it's not dead yet, but it's on the out) and I'm finding it quite hard to track down a decent replacement. This phone has lasted me for 3 years now with no problems... Of late it's had a couple of tweaky little things happen, like minor problems with the direction toggle and keys locking up, but nothing that's really stopped me. Overall I'd say this phone is just about perfect if you're looking for a decent bluetooth phone that can also handle some moderate text messaging (but don't count on taking pictures with it).
The good: Great Service in most areas. Including the North.
The bad: They are very Strict on billing, and anything that you want to do extra to the phone.
Summary: I went to T-Mobile because it was cheaper, the service was terrible. I went to Sprint, service wasn't bad. But, I went back to Verizon, because their service is the best.
The good: Outstanding Customer Service, Great Plan options!
The bad: No service in underground Metro stations
Summary: I had AT&T before they were Cingular, and they were great, until they became Cingular. I paid the fee to cancel my contract with them, and went to T-Mobile for the Sidekick3. Best move ever! The customer service is so helpful! My rate is cheaper than with Cingular, and Im getting a lot more for it! (unlimited text, email, I.M., internet, 1000 anytime mins, and Unlimited night and weekend. for $62 a month!) I recommend them to everyone.
The good: Cellular One is the only provider that offers totally unlimited minutes. Anytime, anywhere. I have never had problems with their service, only issues with equipment that are issues with all carriers. But even those were resolved and the customer service was extremely helpful throughout the process.
The bad: My kids would say the con is the lack of selection of the fancy phones. I disagree. I want a phone, not an MP3 or laptop. We have no landline, so the most important factor of the equipment is a reliable phone.
Summary: There are no carriers that offer unlimited minutes, anytime, except CellularOne. I have three phones (my 2 college kids and myself). Anyone with kids in college know there is no way to keep their calls to a minimum. CellularOne has been great. I have no problems at all. No plans to ever switch.
The good: I've found very few dead areas. Reasonably small. More than enough features for someone who just want's a cell phone for emergencies or quick calls. Extremely reasonable cost for above situation.
The bad: Haven't found any yet for my type of usage.
Summary: If you just want to be able to call anywhere when you need to, or be able to be contacted in an emergency, this is the phone. I'd suggest prepaying the $100 in the beginning, then once a year adding the minimum needed to stay a 'gold member' where minutes from previous year roll over. I thought I used the phone a lot last year, yet still had 300 plus minutes to roll over into this year. Even non-techie people like me can use it.
The good: Works as promised.
Incredible ease of use.
Fabulous integration with computer applications.
The bad: Sometimes the Safari browser shuts down for no reason.
Can't manipulate photos sent via email.
Can't download music directly onto the Iphone through the web browser.

Summary: I waited in line for 5 hours for the Iphone, having been looking forward to it for months. I must say that my expectations were exceeded, for the most part. The phone is light and easy to handle, and the ability to switch between applications while on a phone call is tremendously helpful. The touch-keypad is easy to get used to (2 days) and allows me to type much faster than on my old phone. The integrated Google maps feature is really nice to have. Syncing is easy and fast. Overall - a really great great product.
