The good: Great camera, keys are close together so its really easy to text, vibrates so you know when you pressed the heat sensored buttons, very loud speaker phone, big screen, very fast scrolling with the wheel, loud earpeace so you can hear the person on the other line very well in loud places, 3 very different themes for your own personalization, screen does not scratch easy, people will look at it and think you spent a fortune on it =], great battery life if you have the settings right.
The bad: No flash on camera, hard to slide up after eating greasy food, when pushing up, down, right, or left, sometimes i would slide the wheel accidentally so it would throw my scrolling off.
Summary: I got this for my 14th birthday. I had no expectations on what phone i wanted or what features i like. as long as it had a camera i was fine. its a great phone overall exept for the things that I, personally, thought should have been changed such as flash for the camera.
The good: small, compact, great qwerty kebord size, everything is flush to the device, great speakers and lots more!
The bad: no full internet
Summary: The new LG enV 2 is just as awesome as the voyager minus the touch screen, mobile tv and internet! I LOVE this phone. Some people are jumping btween the samsung Glyde and the enV 2, and my advice to your problem is...... GET THE ENV 2!!!!!!!
The good: big buttons,durable
The bad: key pad lock
Summary: I've had this Samsung for about 2 1/2 years now. This phone is very good for texting, taking pictures, and video. I have dropped this phone many times on concrete and even gotton it wet a few but it is still working perfectly. The key pad lock button is on the side which means if you turn the key lock on, and put it in your pocket, it unlocks the key pad by itself. Using the side buttons it can: go to your recent calls, call someone on that list, and put it on speaker phone. This has happened to me many times while the phone is in my pocket. Overall, this is a good phone.
The good: Internet options, lots of memory, good service reception in no reception areas. Great phones to choose from,
The bad: The myspace freezes sometimes when your on it.
Summary: On my ocean I get good service and great reception on the internet functions. I like the fact that I can save photos, music, and videos to my memory card and phone. I also like that when people call their pic shows up and they can have a speacalized ringtone. I also like how their is a space for their email and im info when imputing a call.
The good: I have had great coverage, and customer service since I started with T-Mobile last Sept. any where I travel and work (nationwide)I went with a plan that allowed unlimited roaming, because of my working different places around the country.
The bad: But, I just received a letter stating that they are canceling my service, it says that during several recent billing cycles a very high percentage of my calling usage on my phone occured while roaming off the T-Mobile net work, you think? thats why I signed up for the unlimited roaming plan!!!
Summary: I was told the company was making a business decision to do this to all customers using high amounts of off network roaming!!

I would stay with them...but
The good: more services for less money, no long term contract, unlimited EVERYTHING,
The bad: customer service call limit, limited number of coporate stores
Summary: I've had cricket for over two years and i have no issues with the phones. i have a samsung siren that i am absolutely in love with. i don't experience the dropped calls thing very much and when i do, its rarely on my end. the customer service is ass but then who does have good customer service these days? even i go to the cricket store, i'm usually in and out in no time. i can even travel to other states with my phone and it doesn't cost any extra. ppl told me bad stuff about cricket but i love it and i came to cricket from at&t which is comparable to a streaming bowl of puke. i really like cricket and have converted a number of other happy cricket customers (from carriers like verizon, sprint, helio and t mobile).
The good: touch screen, automatic key guard
The bad: email is slow, limited categories for contacts, no search function, tiny keypad prevents dialing while driving
Summary: The main page for phone says it all: it shows two young girls using the phone. Good to play with, not great for business use.
The good: Absolutely impressive and easy to use phone. Packed full of features; outstanding phone clarity and beautiful little package with bright screens. On top of this, its "multimedia" capabilities was years ahead of my motorola e815... Literally
The bad: None! Wished it came out three years ago.
Summary: This phone simply and eloquently fits the bill-no matter what your style. It's small, but not to small, nice ergonomics and "fat-finger" friendly for the external keypad...(I HATE small keypads when trying to dial!!) Open it up and it's graced with a wonderful set of stereo speakers, cradled next to a beautiful 2.0 MP camera; no "hump" this time around - YEAH! The different types of "messaging" i.e. text, picture, video and audio, definitely let's you "message" like you've never been able to before! This phone is a god send and I'm finally set with a phone that can text, play music - nicely I might add; use music as ringtones, takes nice colorful photos and video... there is nothing but positives from this design KUDOS to LG!
One last thing, the battery life is quite nice... especially at how much I've pounded on these keys and "played" with it for the first few weeks...
The good: Great customer service when you get Nextel people not Sprint people
The bad: Being linked with Sprint Customer service
Summary: The merger between the two companies have left a poor taste in my mouth. I love being a Nextel customer. When the merger happened, yes there were more towers but the kind friendly people disappeared and were replaced by people that are not willing to go the extra mile to satisfy your needs, have trouble with the English language and seem like they would rather be playing golf with their neighbor than helping you.
The good: Good camera, phone is fairly easy to use & loaded with lots of features
The bad: Battery doesn't last, bad reception in rual areas, tends to miss sending/receiving some text messages
Summary: I've had this phone less than a year. this is the second time its been replaced. The battery has to be charged daily now & I can't keep a consistant signal. I'm also getting reports from friends that they aren't gettig my text messages.
The good: Great sound,Excellent Camera.
The bad: Some pictures can become corrupt and not show on the phone. The charger, if you buy your own or use the one the manufacturer gives you goes out within 2 or 3 months to where you have to maneuver the charger in the port to get the phone to charge.
Summary: The phone looks Great and has is very technologically efficient, but it doesn't exceed much past its predecessor.
The good: They have the best phones and coverage for my area. The customer service reps are very friendly and helpful. They stand behind their word!
The bad: None.
Summary: I would most defently recommend this company to everyone. I have been let down in the past from other companys, and this is the first to not. Great service, great phones, great plans.
The good: Small, compact device. It has a nice shortcut menu on it. The camera is clear and with the flash makes it even better. Very easy to use.
The bad: The screen is not nearly big enough. It is very hard to click links on webpages. Sometimes I would be trying to touch a button and finally after a minute it would work. Sometimes I would touch an item at the top of the screen and it would select an item at the bottom of the screen. It is very difficult to touch items around the edges of the screen. If you take a picture with your camera and try to set it as a background it cuts out most of the picture. The service on this phone seems to be
Summary: Overall this is not a bad phone, but it has some major issues with the touch screen. If you live out in the middle of nowhere where there is poor reception I would not recommend this phone. The flash on the camera is a plus. Needless to say I sent the phone back and bought the Voyager! I'd recommend that if your willing to spend this much for a phone, spend an extra $100 and get the Voyager, you will be a lot more satisfied.
The good: 10 cents a minute anytime anywhere in the states, 15 cents a minute to call overseas. Minimum EVIL, if you don't have to contact the company.
The bad: Buttons get pressed easily in your pocket if you don't lock the keypad. Customer service is hard to deal with. Website needs work.
Summary: The Nokia 1600 is a competent basic phone for the two weeks I used it. It was obtained at Wal-Mart for $30 with 300 minutes of air-time through the Net-10 cell phone system, which at 10 cents a minute, made the phone free. I had no other phone to easily access during my trip to the U.S.

The quality of the sound was surprisingly good. The sound was a little on the base end of the spectrum but much better than expected for a free phone.

The 1 - 4, 2 - 5, 3 - 6 .... buttons are on rockers so you must be carefully to press them nearer to the edges rather than in the middle or you may dial incorrectly.

The buttons are not recessed, or covered in any way, and I did not lock the phone, so the buttons continuously got pressed in my pants pocket any time I bent over, or leaned against anything.

I nearly ran the 300 minutes out in a week and purchased a recharge card at Wal-Mart. I loaded the card, and it immediately came up with the added minutes, and added 6 months to my current expiration date, which was still 7 weeks in the future. I like how it adds to the existing service end date instead of making a new one based on when the minutes were added.

Adding contact names and phone numbers was easy, and I found the menus fairly straight forward without having to open the instruction book. I did open the instruction book to find the overseas dialing number, that I also added as a contact name.

I traveled from Rockville Maryland to Charlottesville Virginia, and had a good signal and the same sound quality over the entire area.

I selected the Net-10 network because they claimed it was 10 cents a minute with ?NO EVIL? and because there were a lot of countries you could call for 15 cents a minute. To activate the capability to call overseas, I had to locate a computer and go on the internet. The website said to wait for a text message (up to 3 days) that informed me that the service had been turned on for my phone. I waited and never received the message. I called their help number and with difficulty understanding the operators English with a heavy accent, was told that the service had been turned on for my phone, and that I should call from a land line in the future incase they need to diagnose my phone. Great if you have a land line, but the purpose of this phone was to give me a phone to start with so I could call overseas!

After this, I tried dialing overseas. You have to dial their special overseas number, then select English or Spanish, then the message tells you to dial 011 country code, and phone number. Probably 80% of the attempts to call overseas succeeded, and the sound quality was just as good as local calls.

Another problem I experienced was I tried to order a different phone from Net-10 from overseas, and have it delivered to an address in the states. The website would not accept credit cards that do not have a billing address in the states, even if you use a U.S. Credit card
The good: Good connection services, and clear when talking
The bad: No Phone #s in Tallahassee, had to get a city outside of there to be able to use phone. As big as Tallahassee is, I could not believe it!
Summary: Have had Boost mobile for 4 years.......Worked Great while I was in NC, but when I moved to Fla, #s are limited
The good: everything
The bad: just like some other stores
Summary: Im very happy with metro. great plans... very nice! great customer service.
The good: everything is great...
The bad: ringtones

Summary: Well i was very happy with this phone exept the ringtones... get this phone.... its great! the pictures are amazing!
The good: Key pad good for texting, games- okay, small, easy to use.
The bad: Turns it self on/ off, freezes up
Summary: This phone is awful. i've had it since december, & i have already have to have 2 of them. they break easily, & have a lot of problems. the screen freezes up, the battery doesn't last for long, & it takes terrible pictures. it's good to text with, but the buttons are small.
mine recently just stopped accepting the charger.
so now i am stuck with a broken phone, completely disconnected from the world- for the second time..!
thanks a lot, kyocera. do not buy this phone.
The good: all the vcast features you could ever want, decent quality camera, it has memory card capability, small and convenient.
The bad: it calls people from my pocket even with the keypad locked, they break easily, easy to get software malfunctions, battery life slowly lessens, big screen scratches easily.
Summary: I got my first one a year ago, this past week, my fourth one broke. If i hasn't bought the insurance plan i would have been in some serious trouble months ago. I may have just had some bad luck, but this phone doesn't seem to work well for me. Verizon is good about replacing them, but a phone shouldn't need to be replaced five times in a year. I wouldn't recommend this phone.
The good: My Alltel service is great with this phone This phone is very easy to use. If you are a microsoft user you will love this phone. I can e-mail, text, picture text, take great photos, listen to music, add a storage card for games, pics and music. I LOVE the touch screen. When I first got the phone I felt paralyzed because I did not realize I just had to touch what I needed. It is so easy to use. The screen is big and easy to read. Voice dial is awesome. I can use the phone with one hand when
The bad: I have not found anything about this phone that would be a deal breaker. Battery life is not good but You can purchase an extended life battery which I highly recommend. If you open up a contact and dial from the contact, when you are done with the call, the contact is not closed and you can acccidently bump a button and call the person back or get into an e-mail for them. Not a deal breaker just train yourself to close the contact when finished with the call.
Summary: I would highly recommend this phone to anybody who uses e-mail alot. I went from a Razer to this phone so I had to get used to something bigger again. I wish it were smaller but I can't have everything right!
