If I could give them a zero star rating I would. If you try and call them to terminate your service they will tell you that you have time go into the store to terminate but then when you go in to the store they can't terminate so they make you do all these turn arounds and make it impossible to cancel your service and if you don't have a phone you can use for their service it's stupid cause then you are basically getting charged for nothing by far the worst customer service if you have the choice to avoid this company do so at all costs they just cause your so must frustration and the employees at the Sprint stores a pile of crap if you come into cancel the service they make you call customer care while they sit there and play on their phone the whole time your waiting which is really disrespectful.
This is the worst telecom company, I do not recommend anyone to share with them, even if they offered you a free line, because then they will steal you by deceiving you and take unwarranted amounts from the start. I do not have an international communication service. From the start, when my son played on the phone and made an international phone call, even though I am not a subscriber to the international call service, they added $ 134 to the monthly bill. When we contacted the customer service, they never helped us and also offered to share with them and take IPhone 7 is free to give them your old phone this offer all Lie with them, and after they did not pay socialist the full amount of the company and the old was vorizen and the old company Talaptna to pay $ 200 increase because the company did not t mobil pay them the full amount
Iv recently upgraded my galaxy note 4 to a s8,first off if you try to use the aux connection "which I do alot",there's always gonna be a horrible static noise unless you go deep in your settings and change a few things, why they made it this complicated idk, second the auto correct is nerve wracking,if I'm trying to find how to spell a word,it waits till I get to the last letter of the word to finnaly pop up on the display, third when driving I like to switch songs on amazon, each time I try to switch a song,I always have to double tap the screen for it to switch, again very nerve wracking while paying attention to road. The reception is decent but could be a lot better. This is the first samsung phone that iv had more gripes than compliments. But oh well in a contract now. Miss my note 4.
Cricket is not worth the dealing with. I am so disgusted with the lies and run around they give you. People stay clear of Cricket better spending a little extra they having to deal with these people. I was lied to about the insurance lied to about being sent a new phone, after the 3 mind you 3 phones they sent me didn't even last one day...one not even 2 hours. I was so upset I called and spoke to a supervisor who swore up and down they were send me a new phone. I am not stupid, all they did was take off the cover that says reconditioned phone. And the phone they say is new still doesn't work. BEWARE PEOPLE JUST STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my Twigby service so far. I came from another Sprint mvno thatwas ok.. but customer service was pretty bad and took forever to answer. I read some reviews on Twigby and thought i'd give them a try. CUstomer service is really easy to get a hold of and helped me transfer in no problem. so far so good.. also, free roaming on verizon is a nice perk. I recommend!
My son went in to Verizon here in Fremont Ohio to get his prepaid phone. He got the Motorola G4. On Tuesday the 13th of June 5 days after purchase my son was working & left his phone sitting on a table. When he came down from the roof the glass on the front was cracked. He thought maybe it was from the heat of over 90 that day. We called Verizon prepay & they said he has a 14 day warranty & to take it back to the store. So we took it back to the store waited almost 40 minutes & they said they couldn't do anything!!! So we got in the car & called again the Prepay Dept & was told again a Rep that yes he has a 14 day warranty. She said she'd get him a new phone & transferred him to Motorola . The girl there said he would get a new phone and said he had to pay $24 fir the new one. My son said he wasn't paying for a new one & the Rep at Motorola hung up on him. So he has a now 6 day old phone with a cracked front screen that Verizon or Motorola will replace. My whole family is Verizon customers but are totally upset & disapointed in this type of customer service. Watch what you get when it comes to Verizon's prepay phones because they don't do what they say they're going to do!!!
Worst phone I have ever owned. My previous 6 year older Droid Razer had better reception, stronger glass front, better navigation. The LG G5 batter does not even last one day with normal use. The text feature sends repeated texts often, annoying my friends. Any MINOR drop puts a crack in the glass. The navigation often misdirects me. Bluetooth sync does not always work. Calls drop. DO NOT BUY LG!!! They are putting out garbage.
TRIED TO REDUCE MY PLAN WITH THEM TODAY SINCE THEY HAVE CUT BACK MY SERVICE ANYWAY. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY MY HIGH RATE TO DROP TO A LOWER RATE ON MY ACCT. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. SO I WENT WITH ANOTHER WIRELESS CO & THEY LOST MY REVENUE. I WONDER HOW MUCH THEY NEED TO LOSE TO LEARN.
Very disappointed my data is very very slow I am a paying customer and I would like to have quick data I am defenitly not recommending sprint to no one . You promote quick data and you don't keep your end of the deal
Sprint wireless provides decent service when you are a customer with them. Once you move out they try there best to rob you. I asked to unlock the phone after my contract was over. By that time I was with another service provider. The request was made 45 days after I canceled my Sprint account. They won't unlock the phone because of this reason. The only option provided is to get back to Sprint and keep the account active for a minimum of 90 days to be eligible for the device unlock. I admit it was a mistake to leave the phone locked after the contract expiry, but the policy by Sprint is to rob the customer. There are several Sprint devices which are not even eligible for an unlock. Please refer for details - https://www.sprint.com/legal/unlocking_policy.html Note: Unlock your Sprint device as soon as the contract expires.
I went to sprint on 22nd of April to purchase a couple phones and the service there I recieved was spectacular. I told them I was interested in buying a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and was directed toward Jay Vega, who is a long time employee who have helped by a smartphone when we wanted to buy them.Jay Vega had a enthusiastic tone and was willing to explain anything we didnt understand. Jay Vega is a fantastic Sprint employee who really sells the phone to you with a smile.Jay Vega showed us a current deal going on with the S8+ plus and helped us buy it. Jay Vega is wonderful employee who really puts the customer first. Jay Vega is a wonderful person.
It really sucks when you show up early for the new S8 and you are the first person there and 3 other people get service before you i guess i wore my invisible clothing. When the store hould open at 10am and the employees arrire at 9 and whee the doors open they still not ready for business is unbelievable to me. This store on 1042 Goodman Rd. Southaven Ms. has seen me for the last time
One Plus phones may be good in specs bu they are the worst phones to buy. Dont ever buy these phones the battery life after 3 months use only last 1hr and bluetooth most of the times dont work the phone shouts down randomly while using it and bluetooth earphones don't work when using with phone calls. Flip phones are
I look through these reviews and must say I am supposed at all the 1 star negative reviews. I see a lot of people talking about bad customer service and bad cell service and I have not experienced either of these issues. I understand the service depends on where you live and use your phone but for me it has been very good. Sure there are weak spots but I had those with Verizon as well. And the customer service for me has been fantastic. I also think the plans are very fairly priced especially if you catch one of the sales. Overall I am very happy with T-Mobile.
They trick you with all these surprise fees! When we canceled the service with sprint because their service just ain't no good. Our bill went from $230 to $880! Wow! For canceling and other bs they came up with. It's ridiculous! But you've been warned!
I bought an iPhone from sprint and payed 240$ down for the phone. They told me it's my phone as soon as I pay it off. Sprint also has the buyout program where they buy you from another carrier. I had Verizon. Sprint didn't buy me out. They asked for the bill which I brought them but they didn't want to help me pay it off because it was a 1000$ and they wanted explanation of why the bill is so high - which shouldn't matter since they said that they will pay up to 650$. They waited for two months while having me run around and trying to get explanation of why the bill is so high then sprint guys told me since it's been two months, they can't do buyout anymore. On 4/6/17 (today) I called sprint customer service and asked to cancel service, the customer service representative told me that my phone is on a lease and I'll have to pay off the phone and return it to sprint anyway. They also told me that I can't go into a store and return it, they will send me the final bill of 490$ +, and a box so I can send the phone back to the company. Sprint lied to me and overcharged me. That's fraud, and Sprint deserves to be sued for misleading and lying to people.
When RingPlus went down I did a lot of research and settled on Tello. We have two cell phones on plans and one on pay-as-you-go. The plans are well tailored to our usage needs and the pay-as-you-go option lets us have an emergency back-up cell sitting right next to our Ooma voip landline phone for when the power goes out. I always like to have a back-up for my back-up. Since the pay-as-you-go deposit never expires (so long as you make at least one call every six months) my $10 deposit will keep that phone alive for years. Good international calling rates and 24/7 customer service don't hurt either.
I had an emergency and could not pay my phone on the date I chose. It was going to be two days late. They do not allow a grace period of any kind. So a guy named Maverick told me he could change my due date. I thought cool until he told me it would cost $13.00 today. I wasn't happy so he told me to hold on. He came back and told me he went ahead and paid the $13.00 out of his own employee credit. Now whether this is his REAL employee discount or something Metro gives them to help people, I don't know. All I know is this guy helped me out big time. I need my phone for work and two days without it would have cost me a lot. So thank you Metro for your help. BTW....I have NEVER had a problem with this company. And they have saved me $40 by changing to them. So they are cool with me :-)
I have tello for pre-teen phone with limited service and did not want to pay $30 to our carrier just for him to have a phone in case of emergencies. We pay $11 per month!!! We have had Tello for several months and every time I call, a person answers the phone with pleasant attitude. We switched to a new phone a few months in and the customer service rep answered the phone all 5 times I called and helped me tremendously. They are always helpful and if they can't help, you may be on a short hold but they will come back an answer. And they remind you that they are there 24/7!!! The big carriers should take pointers from Tello. When our contract is up at the end of this year, our family is switching everyone to Tello. It is hard to find companies with "GREAT" customer service these days. The price is right and the service is great. I have no complaints and would give a 10 star if I could.
I came to Tello from different accounts I had on PagePlus Cellular and FreedomPop. The customer service is so much better with Tello. Agents at PagePlus are intractable if they decide you are incorrect. A good service person listens, and even if he/she believes you are in error, is willing to compromise to keep your business. Those at FreedomPop are so stupid and poorly trained, you'd think they were lobotomized patients rounded up from a burned down home for the insane. Phone service is also better than with FreedomPop, even though both are MVNOs that use the Sprint network--at FreedomPop, I often had to dial at least twice to complete a call, and the other party often couldn't hear me well, or would complain that there was an echo on the line. So far call quality is comparable with PagePlus, which uses the Verizon network (arguably the best network, but also the most expensive by far). Also, if you want to speakt to an agent at FreedomPop, (1) you have to pay an extra amount per month(!), and (2) you can only call during business hours--that means if you have a problem at 10PM on a Thursday, or 12 noon on a Saturday, too bad, you have to wait until the next business day! So you could be unable to make or receive a call for nearly 40 hours! Have you ever heard of something so ridiculous? What do you do if you have an emergency, or a vital personal call (birth, death, etc.)? The many different options for plans at Tello also mean that, depending on your needs, you can either save money or only pay a little more than just about any other carrier around (I won't say "every" carrier, since I have only compared as dozen or so). Lastly, you don't have to buy a cell phone from Tello--you can bring any CDMA or many GSM phones, as long as they are not locked, saving you more money. Highly recommended!
