The good: Great customer service, best rates in town, no surprises on bill.
The bad: Don't have the latest and greatest in handsets.
Summary: Been with them since 1997. Never had a surprise on my bill or a problem that the 611 customer service person couldn't help me with. The regional manager is wonderful, and I recommend that if you aren't happy, ask to speak to someone higher up in the organization. I love them and am going to renew for another 2 years next month.
The good: *Great device all round
*Amazing speaker
*Does most of what a smart device does.
*Sprint Data = Amazing.
*Sprint One-Click Interface.
The bad: *It's not touch screen.
*Because of that above, surfing the web = blah.
Summary: I could write all day on just how amazing this device is. How solid texting feels and works on this phone. I could tell you all day how awesome Sprint's native features are -- Sprint TV, Radio -- and how I love the One-Click interface. However, instead of boring you with a long review, I am going to summarize each feature I love and hate.

I love Sprint Data service. I now have satellite radio -- amazing. I now can watch my favorite TV channels with my phone -- although the quality could be better.

Sprint One-Click interface makes using youtube, twitter or other social network sites easy. Checking your email a breeze. Allowing you to add bubbles to your home screen is a nice touch, I just wish there was an easy way to hide them and get them back -- maybe in an update?

Texting from this phone is both easy and natural. Coming from a Samsung Upstage, I was afraid of making the step towards a full slide out keyboard. But considering how much I love to text, I did believe my next phone should have one. And since I wanted the flexibility of choose my plan (incase one month I can't afford data) I didn't want to jump to a smartphone just yet. And, I was pleasantly surprised that this phone does everything I wanted from my Pre (virtually everything) -- Twitter, YouTube, Sprint TV, Threaded messaging, a calender. Now these features would be better on the Pre -- however, this phone is a great "Feature Phone" as I call them. A phone thats not quite a smart phone, but not a dumb phone either.

My one gripe (which is really two gripes) is it's a non-touch screen phone. When you have the phone slide out for the full keyboard, you are tempted to touch the screen to start a text. And it doesn't help that the screen is the best resolution a non-smart phone has for Sprint, and probably for other carriers as well. And because of this, surfing the web feels rather odd because you can't naturally scroll, like you could with the Pre.

All in all, this phone has virtually everything you could want. :-) Go and pick one up for yourself!
The good: 50 dollars !!!. Call quality has been excellent, activation online was a breeze and very speedy. Ordering online was easy and shipping was fast. Instructions, that come with the phone, for activating your service are "dummy proof". I love the no contract part of it. I don't make phone calls when I'm out in "the sticks" or hunting so the signal has always been excellent.
The bad: Phone feels a little on the "cheapish" side, Motorola i465. Wish they had more "high end" phone options. Internet browser is limited, but adequate for what I use it for.
Summary: I switched from T-Mobile, paying over 100 bucks a month, and so far I'm pretty happy. I ordered the phone online, it arrived in 3 days, activated it with a new number online, took less than 2 minutes, and so far it's working pretty good. The phone feels a little "cheap", which it was cheap to purchase, so...I guess you pay for what you get on that point. But so far, for a guy like me who simply likes to make phone calls, text message, and occasionally check my email online, I've got no complaints. Their phones do not have a lot of bells and whistles but if you want things "simplified" this is the way to go. I'll give it 3 months and come back with another update, but for now I would recommend the service. I'm trying to talk my girlfriend into switching to it. She has 5 phones on a Verizon account and her phone bills have been "UNGODLY INSANE". See you in 3 months.
The good: Large screen that is very accomodating. SUPER FAST processor allows for multiple running Apps. Easy file transfer via USB, not limited to media stored in iTunes to name a few.
The bad: On screen keyboard can be a pain at times. End key turns off the screen. No ability to create groups for sms/mms
Summary: Let's try for just a minute to not compare EVERY device to the iPhone and treat the myTouch as its own device. Imagine driving in city or state you are visiting and looking for the closest Wal-Mart. Voice search on this device makes it all too easy to tap the on screen microphone and say your potential destination out loud. From that point driving directions(or walking directions for that matter) are just a touch away. We all know a device is only as good as the media you can put on it. I connect to my PC and have immediate access to whatever songs, video, or pictures I have on my hard drive. I can't tell you how great it is not to be limited to the confines of a particular media player(iTunes for example). So, you might want to put applications on your device these days right? One touch access to the Android Market gets you in the game with tons of quality FREE apps. Hands down this device is the best I've used in quite a while and definitely a force to be reckoned with. This review was written on my myTouch.
The good: Fair price. Good reception travelling.
The bad: Contracts (of course)
Summary: Got Alltel 5 1/2 years ago after moving to South Dakota from Fla(ATT). Went to the retailer and ask about Cells in SD.
Showed me a brochure with their "plans". I had been online and found a $20 a month plan and asked about that. Begrudgingly he said yeah it was available, so I got it. 100 mins free plus Nites&weekends free. (I use my phone mostly as a clock). Lost my phone and needed a new one. Got it ($30) and (of course) got socked into another 2 yr contract. OK, fine. Well, just lost it again a few days ago and got a it replaced ($180). Fortunately, my lost phone was returned and had NO PROB returning replacement phone for a full refund, no questions asked.

I'm not a "power user", just a "it's handy to have" user. So for $26 a month(with taxes and etc) they meet my needs and wants completely. I have no doubt that others have had problems, but my experience has been very good (plus I still only pay $26 a month.
The good: everything is great it is an awesome phone
The bad: battery life doesn't last as long as hoped
Summary: this is an overall amazing phone i love everything about it the only thing that would make it perfect is better battery life
The good: Excellent Signal/Service
Great Phone Selection
Very reliable
The bad: Pricey plans (not the best value)
Summary: I love Verizon, I've never dropped a call. Never had any problems but my only concern is the price and billing. Otherwise, customer service is very helpful! Overall, I am impressed. But I may leave for a better value of my money. This is definitely a good decision, however.
The good: customer service is amazing, plans are reasonable, and phones are great.
The bad: none
Summary: I don't understand what some of the people are saying about the service being bad or the customer service being rude I have never experienced that issue. The customer service has always been very kind and knowledgeable. I have a g1 and my sister has an iphone she can't even send picture messages? and she pays a rediculous amount for minutes and internet. I feel lucky to have such a great phone company. I also have the home service and I love it only time I have had issues is when my internet is running slow nothing to do with t mobiles service
The good: Everything is great data is really fast and since i have a G1 when i dont have 3G i have edge
The bad: not alot but acouple of dropped calls
Summary: Tmobile is great and they have really good phones now and alot of great androids to come
The good: it takes great pictures and I like how you can edit the pictures with silly stuff
The bad: On the keyboard if your going really fast it sometimes skips the letters you put in and they sometime go into a different row. If you record a sound it doesnt really come out clear.
Summary: I really do like this phone! Its really great if you like to text a lot. If you like taking pictures then i recomend this phone for you. I also like the touch screen keyboard... Very cool!
The good: Maybe
The bad: Yes.
Summary: This phone is very nice for someone looking for something basic, in a way. Very nice design with a good displayable Internal Screen, Shows very nice pictures. If you want a good phone with camera and smooth display '' I think i found my answer''

-Jordan
The good: cheap and good
The bad: i cant think of any
Summary: I havent had any issues so I have nothing to complain about
The good: Can handle being dropped from high up and on hard surfaces
The bad: Slow web connenction software absolite need seperate items to put pics on PC bad photo resolution freezes bad in general
Summary: Well for me this phone is just awful. I cant get a new thanks to the locked in contract. I've gone through three of things in less than a year! I never drop them but I text alot. So this phone cant handle alot of texting. If i write a long text and make one little typo and try to erase it, it deletes the entire text. Awful phone DO NOT BUY IT there are much better phones avaiable for cheaper.
The good: Cheap, cheap, cheap.
The bad: Billing a little weak.
Summary: Cricket is a great value. I pay $40 a month for unlimited voice, text, caller ID, and voice mail. I have been robbed by almost every cell carrier out there with equipment failures, contracts, bad billing, ETC. This is simple. One price. I called about an initial billing issue (auto pay failed) and she was pleasant and resolved issue within a minute. I got through on the first try with no waiting. I love my phone, it's solidly built and does exactly what I need, voice and text. No coverage issues at all.
The good: *sexy design [i have the light rose color]
*touch screen is really responsive
*awesome camera/picture/video quality
*ringtones/music/audio sounds awesome

The bad: *only two things i can think of to KINDA complain about...

1) the camera takes a few seconds to actually snap and take the picture

2) when the phone is on lock and is on the screensaver mode, u cant change that pic., so ur stuck lookin at flowers or designs. lol

Summary: i love my new phone, ive never had a hi-tech phone that had all these awesome qualities to it. i LOVE txting with this phone, the touch key board is amazing.
The good: WI-FI, qwerty, battery life, over all design, D-pad, camara, voice quality
The bad: resolution (240 X 320), freezes
Summary: ive had this phone for a little over a week and i love it. the qwerty is amazing once you get used to it. the wi-fi works perfectly. very sleek and shiny. ver very very light and thin.
i would recommend this phone to anybody that likes windows mobile. the email app works great :)
over all great phone, if you like WM and thin phones this is the phone for you and its cheap ($99 on 2 year contract)
The good: it is small and has the mp3 player is alright.
The bad: does not have much of anything you can get for it, like apps or anything
Summary: the nokia 3606 is an alright phone i would only give it a 5 out of 10. i dont hate it nor do i like it and if i could have gotten a different phone, now that i look back at it i would have
The good: fast interface, ease of use, screen, keyboard, new smaller size, improved app memory, music player
The bad: keyboard might be too small for some. Stock SD card is only 2 GB, but can be expanded to 32 GB
Summary: I traded in my tough-to-text-on blackberry storm for the new tour and I haven't been happier with a phone. This phone epitomizes what RIM does best. The keyboard is great, the interface is snappy, the app memory issues are resolved. A big smaller and more refined than the bb bold. I want straight to verizon to return my newly-purchased storm and get this device. I love this device, you'll love it too.
The good: Easy for texting, lightweight, easy to use
The bad: If you have a song for when you recieve a text message, the ENTIRE song will play even if you have already opened the text. It can freeze at times but it is only for a short while
Summary: I have owned this phone since January 2009 and it is a BREEZE to use. The very first person to do a review on this phone mentioned something about this phone having too many steps to put the phone on silent. This is false information.(All you have to do is press the on/off button once but dont hold it down as you would to turn the phone on or off, simply press it once and quick as you would any other button and it will give you a list of profiles and one of them is silent and simply click it and there you go) As you continue to use the phone you will find little shortcuts and other things that can be useful as well. The only thing that Ive had problems with is recording. I cant seem to record sounds only. If I want to record anything at all I have to do it with the camcorder. The durability is excellent. I cannot tell you how many times I have dropped this phone and it still works like brand new!I recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a unique looking, quick texting, and easy using phone
Thanks for reading(:
The good: Rugged phones, great customer service, good coverage, no roaming charges.
The bad: not enough phones to choose from.
Summary: I have had a boost mobile phone for 5 plus years. and in that 5 years I have never had a dropped call. I have only experienced no service twice, thats excellent for any phone, I had cingular before and had dropped calls a lot. tavel all through New England and New York and New Jersey with no trouble and I highly recommend this phone company. Ihave an old 415 phone. and I intend to replace it with the new curve.
