I like the iPhone because I like the display and overall fluidity of the ui. The size should be a bit bigger but other than that and same form factor as the iPhone 4 it's a pretty nice phone!
The device rocks and the form factor really contributes to the slim design. The call quality was superb as well as reception. I have good reception here and sometimes data fades in and out but mostly it is good.
The display is big and vibrant, really living up to the typical Samsung displays. The SAMOLED+ display really makes the colors pop while making the dark colors such as blacks really deep.
Overall, this phone is a flagship for T-Mobile right now, and none compares.
have use Metro pcs for the past 2 1/2 years . I have had no problems with the service. Or their staff. In the past, I have used Verzion, T-moible, for years. switching to metro was the best change I ever made. I would recommend METROPCS to anyone.I deal with companies everyday...metro is a top player in the cell phone game. terry SB. calif
SSg2 is a beautiful phone and a beast out the box but after you obtain root and load custom rom the phone gets even better.Long story short after you load a custom you'll benefit from better battery, speed, and new features.
Coming from the OG DROID, this phone is great.
Things that I was apprehensive about before buying the GN.
1) battery life
2) signal strength
3) camera
4) user experience with ICS.
5) GPS.
Once I had the phone I found out that
1) battery life really is bad. I can get a good 6-8 hrs on a single charge. That doesn't do it for me. I would like the phone to last me a day which it doesn't.
2) Signal strength indicator isn't impressive (get about 2 bars of LTE) but that doesn't mean that call quality and data transfer speeds aren't good. I haven't dropped a phone call yet. The calls are very clear. The LTE upload and download speeds are very impressive. This is not a problem for me.
Check out http://www.anandtech.com/show/5254/investigating-the-galaxy-nexus-lte-si... for more on this topic.
3) Camera is decent at best. It isn't the best in class but it isn't as bad as folks have made it out to be. For a casual photo the GN does a good enough job. It can be better though.
4) ICS is great...I did root my phone and install a custom ROM. Things that were missing in ICS that I need are a) toggle switches in the notification bar b) the default launcher isn't as customizable as I would like. I would give the OS 9 out of 10.
5) I heard that the GPS on samsung phones isn't that great. I personally havne't experienced any issues at all.
So are I am really enjoying this phone. Consuming media on this phone is great. Form factor is on the bigger side...anything bigger would be uncomfortable for single hand use.
Cheers.
Nothing beats the Galaxy S2 and with LTE its faster than my WiFi
The iPhone with it's unique design sits as one of the best phones in the market now. Apple has succeeded in its quest. It made a phone super easy to use, elegant and with a whole new experience for the consumer.
I have got my iPhone for about 2 years now and it's quite a very good phone. Although it's pricy but it deserves every penny :)
The best phone out there, the only phone and I repeat the ONLY phone that will be better than the iphone 4s is the iPhone 5 :)...
the best phone i ever seen perfect combination of power and large screen..its awesome
The Epic 4G Touch is an excellent smartphone, in that its large Super AMOLED Plus screen has superb quality and make pictures, video, gaming, and ebook reading a pleasure. It performs well across the board, with zero lag and excellent gaming performance. Phone reception and GPS reliability could be improved, however, which would be my only complaints.
Great display, amazing interface and an overall amazing build
fastest phone in dual-cores. best screen resolution. best phone. all in one thing.
A Superb phone, a must have, feels good in hand, nice and big screen
when deciding which phone to purchase, I was doing a lot of research, reviews and forum reading. I have big hands and thought about iphone 4 then its small screen and its very fragile. It is what a high-priced smartphone should be, but its not for everyone. Then looked at other phones from HTC rezound, Galaxy Nexus, LG spectrum and Droid Razr. I chose Droid Razr because of its size and how thin it is, easily to fit into my pockets and its good enough for me. I'm not picky when it comes to high-tech phones, but some people want this and want that, but this phone doesn't have that, but it would be great if this feature can be on this phone and that phone blah blah blah. Walked in Saturday afternoon, picked the phone, walked out happy and satisfied customer. It took some time to play and browse through the phone but its plenty enough to keep me happy.
I have had Boost mobile for about 5 years now. I previously had Nextel and my provider before that was Verizon. The quality and value of Boost is great, the customer service is lacking some as I have had a few issues with them but nothing serious. Honestly I had worst customer service and issues with Verizon. I couldn't be happier with my Boost plan I had the shrinkage plan since it was released. For the price it just can't be beat with great quality, value, and average customer service.
The Phone is very fast and is overall very good but the battery life isn't great and it takes very long to charge (2 hrs). Also the display is quite bad when displaying certain shades of gray color.
the iPhone 4S is everything you would want in a smartphone. Beautiful form factor, clean user experience, and best of all....it's synced to everything in my day to day life from music to movies, social networking, and even to home office. its the perfect device for someone who doesn't want to go through the hassle of having several different devices for each individual task.
