If the comments from HP's acquisition of Palm are any indication, webOS is here to stay.  That being said, now could be the perfect time to pick up the hotspot-toting Verizon Palm Pre Plus, as the nation's largest wireless carrier has reduced the price to $29.99 on a new, two-year agreement.  With a 3.1-inch display, QWERTY keyboard, and a 3.0-megapixel camera, $30 out the door is quite the deal.  What's more, Verizon's still offering the hotspot feature for free (a $40 monthly value).

Let's see: $30 out the door and free mobile hotspot service versus Sprint's $249.99 out the door (before a $100 mail-in rebate) and no mobile hotspot functionality.  Decisions, decisions...
