If the company's alert to developers is any indication, the next webOS version is on its way, and should be available by late May or early June. With a headline reading "webOS Update Coming Soon," developers will be given a week to address bugs in their applications before the update is released to carriers, and another two to three weeks before it's available on retail devices.
It's not a major update by any means (the alert even says so), but (a) it'll be interesting to see what comes out of the update, and (b) it's nice to see that Palm is offering up support for PDK applications. Those using webOS, I'd like to hear from you - what would you like to see in the next webOS update?
