My cellular company

The good: My company is very good. I have 1000 any time minutes and free incomming minutes. If I have a problem they are always there to help. The bad: I have nothing bad to say about this company. They are very good and I wanted a case for my cell phone and they had one for 26.00 and they said that I can have it for 15.00.Summary: This company is very good and they always have some very good deals going. I got 1000 any time minutes and free incomming minutes. That is a good deal to me.

cell phone old over new

The good: new and new options on itThe bad: reception stinks..to many drops for NO reasonSummary: my old phone same company i could sit in a walk in cooler and talk...this one i cant even be in my own house with out it dropping

I'm Satisfied with my Service and Carrier

The good: Consistant. I only have 1 very small (about 1/2 mile area) that I get any dropped calls. I am aware of the problem area and work around it. This carrier's plan is up front and plainly written. No hidden small print.The bad: Don't really have any problems.Summary: For good service and no hidden small print in the contract, think about checking out US Cellular.

Happy with US Cellular

The good: Good company that is customer friendly and service oriented.The bad: Wish they had a larger service area and didn't have to depend on other carriers. You can really tell a difference when you leave their service area in terms of dropped calls and the clarity of calls, (sometimes have bad connections and echos when using other carriers but not with US Cellular.)Summary: Have used US Cellular for 11 years and they are a great company. No problems with service or their service people. They have few dropped calls and great service plans. I think their rates are reasonable also. I will continue to use them.

The Best

The good: U.S.Cellular has always been helpful. I have never droped a call. I have never not had service. I would not switch from U.S. Cellular.The bad: ???Summary: They are the best carrier out there. I have heard about other carriers having less droped calls than anyone else but I have never had a droped call with U.S. Cellular.

The good: good coverage, fair pricesThe bad: low number of phones to pick from Summary: I have enjoyed the service I received from US Cellular. They have the largest coverage area for my needs. I have used several different other carriers in the past, but none of them has been able to meet my needs.

US Cellular.....maybe NOT the way to go

The good: Pros...well 2 years ago when we first went with US Cellular, reception etc was fantastic. I was able to talk perfect to hubby at work whether he was on first or second floor of building or out in the warehouse they have.The bad: NOW...he cuts out, calls are dropped, he doesnt even have a record that I called (missed call etc) at times. We are becoming very unhappy. A friend also has the same carrier and she had no probs 2 years ago and also now when we chat and she is at home, I can barely make out what she is saying do to cutting out every other word. Summary: I am not sure that US Cellular is caring about their customers anymore. Also, when I changed phones (and both were kyocera brand phones) - I was unable to transfer all my music sounds etc that I had paid for, what a waste.

The good: They have pretty good plans and their customer service representatives are always polite.The bad: Always losing signal or not receiving any at all. We live right near the tower too. I can only talk in one room of the house as any other place makes me lose the signal.Summary: I would think that with today's technology that US cellular would have a much stronger signal to send out to us customers no matter where we are. I am very displeased with always losing my signal. If I lie down on my couch the signal goes away. That's rediculous.

Great Service

The good: My plan is affordable and I have good signal strength in most locations - that isn't always easy in the mountains.The bad: Add on packages like text, pics, and Easy Edge quickly increase your monthly cost.Summary: The overall quality and service is good; however, I would be much happier if US Cellular offered the add-ons as part of a regular package without such a huge increase in expense.
