The OnePlus 8T has only been out for one week now, but OnePlus is working quickly to squash bugs and make improvements for early adopters who have already gotten an 8T.
An update to OxygenOS 11.0.2.3 is now rolling out to the OnePlus 8T. It includes optimizations to system power consumption that'll help the phone run cooler. There's a fix for an issue where the icons may not display on your home screen properly, plus a fix for another bug where your preview photos may not display properly in the Gallery app.

As with most OnePlus updates, this new release is rolling out incrementally. That means only a small number of OnePlus 8T owners will get it today, with a wider rollout to commence in a few days once OnePlus has confirmed that everything is working as expected.
