A previous rumor claimed that Samsung would not be launching a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra model this year, but now a new device listing suggests that it could actually happen.
An entry for a "Galaxy Note20 Ultra" made by Samsung has appeared on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group's website (via MySmartPrice). The device is described as a "Samsung Mobile Phone" with the model number SM-N986U.
We've already heard that Samsung is working on a regular Note 20 and a Note 20+, so it's possible that Samsung will repeat its Galaxy S20 strategy with the Note 20 and offer three different models.
Rumors have suggested that the Note 20+ will include specs like a 6.87-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate, 108MP rear camera, and 4500mAh battery. If there is an Ultra model in the Galaxy Note 20 series, you'd think that it would have at least some higher-end specs than the Plus model. The S20 Ultra has both a larger screen and bigger battery than the S20+, so perhaps we'll see something similar with the Note 20 Ultra.
