Verizon's streak of daily 5G rollouts that began last week is continuing into this week.
Verizon 5G is now live in another three cities. They are Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; and Hampton Roads, VA. Here's where you can expect to find 5G coverage in those locales:
- Cleveland: Parts of Downtown, Clark-Fulton, and West Boulevard, and near landmarks like Progressive Field and the Great Lakes Science Center. 5G coverage will also be available at FirstEnergy Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns, in part of the lower seating area.
- Columbus: Downtown, The Ohio State University, Italian Village, Easton, Polaris, Lewis Center, and around landmarks like OSU College of Engineering, OSU College of Architecture, OSU Wexner Medical Center, Easton Town Center, and Polaris Town Center. 5G is also live in parts of the main ticketing area of John Glenn Columbus International Airport.
- Hampton Roads: Parts of Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Downtown Norfolk, Newport News, Old Dominion University, Hampton, and Chesapeake, as well as near landmarks like The Boardwalk, Virginia Beach Hilltop Shopping Center, Scope Coliseum, S.B. Ballard Stadium, Crossways Shopping Center, Peninsula Town Center, and Hampton Coliseum.
This expansion brings Verizon up to 31 total 5G cities, which means Verizon has reached its 5G goal for 2019 with a week to spare. Here's a list of the other 28 cities where Verizon 5G is now live:
Charlotte, Greensboro, Grand Rapids, Miami, Salt Lake City, Spokane, Hoboken, Memphis, Des Moines, Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, Sioux Falls, Dallas, Omaha, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Providence, St. Paul, Atlanta, Detroit, Indianapolis, Washington D.C., Phoenix, Boise, Panama City, and New York City.
