We know that OnePlus is cooking up a new smartphone called the OnePlus 6T, but that may not be the only new hardware product that it announces next month.
A new pair of OnePlus Bullets Wireless headphones appears to have passed through the FCC. The documents refer to the device as "OnePlus Bullets Wireless" and list it with the model number BT32B, which is one up from the model number of the original Bullets Wireless, BT31B.
There's not much other information about the new Bullets Wireless to be gleaned from these FCC docs, but the FCC ID label location does seem to show that the earbuds themselves will be attached with a wire like the original pair, meaning that these probably won't be truly wireless earbuds.
The original OnePlus Bullets Wireless made their debut earlier this year alongside the OnePlus 6. Priced at $69, they include Qualcomm aptX audio for improved audio and "energy tubes" which OnePlus claims absorb stray soundwaves to reduce distortion. Other features include aluminum casing, stretch-resistant cables, and a liquid silicone coating to resist rain and sweat.
It's unclear what improvements OnePlus might make to the new Bullets Wireless, but improved audio and battery life are possibilities. Stay tuned for more as we get it.
