Most US carriers offer a 14-day return policy that’ll let you give back your new device if you’re unhappy with it or their service. Today Sprint announced that for a limited time, it’s one-upping those return policies.
Starting today, Sprint is offering a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that’ll let you return your device and get a refund on its cost as well as plan charges and related fees if you’re not 100 percent happy with your experience. The 30-day guarantee is available to new customers as well as existing customers that add a new line of service.
With 30 days, you can really get to know a device and test a carrier’s service in all the places that matter to you. Sprint’s normal return policy is 14 days long, so this new 30-day satisfaction guarantee is significantly longer than its standard policy. It’s only going to be available for a limited time, though, so if you’ve been thinking about switching to Sprint, you may want to do it soon so that you’ve got 30 days to try the service out.
