After teasing “Something New” four days ago, LG has revealed exactly what that new thing is. Surprise, it’s a phone!

The LG Class is a new mid-range Android Lollipop smartphone from the Life’s Good crew. It’s got a 5-inch 1280x720 display with curved glass on its sides, which LG says helps to improve grip. The Class also touts 8-megapixel front camera — the same one that’s found in the LG G4 — as well as a 13-megapixel rear shooter.

Inside the LG Class’s metal shell is a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 16GB of storage, a microSD slot (which LG says will support cards up to 2TB following a software update next month), 2GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity, NFC, and a 2050mAh battery. 

The LG Class will be priced at 399,300 Won, which is around $341 USD. At that price, the Class is an affordable mid-range Android phone with a premium body. Unfortunately, right now LG’s only saying that the Class will be sold on three carriers in South Korea, so it’s unclear when or if the device will make its way to other markets.
