Earlier this month, a regulatory listing suggested that Motorola might be prepping small and large versions of its next Moto 360 smartwatch. Now a pair of leaked images claim to give us a look at the two upcoming wearables.
HellomotoHK has shared a photo that claim to show the small and large Moto 360 (2015) models. Up above you can see what’s said to be the small Moto 360 (2015) on the right next to the original Moto 360. While the size of the small Moto 360 (2015) isn’t yet known, the original Moto 360 case has a diameter of 46mm. The small Moto 360 (2015) definitely looks shrunken down from the original 360, which means that folks with small wrists might actually be able to wear a Motorola-made smartwatch.
Meanwhile, the image above is said to show the large version of Motorola’s Moto 360 (2015). Since we don’t know the size of this large Moto 360 (2015) and don’t have an original 360 to compare it to, it’s tough to know exactly how big this new model is. I wouldn’t think that Motorola would make it much larger than the original 360, though, and it could actually end up being the same size as the first Moto 360.
Specs for these new Moto 360 models aren’t yet known, but we can see that they’ve got some design differences from the original Moto 360. Those include exposed lugs and a button that’s been moved up from the middle of the watch case up closer to the top of the unit.
A recent report claimed that Motorola might unveil new Android Wear hardware at IFA next week, so it may not be long before these new Moto 360 units are officially official.
