If you’ve been anxiously awaiting your opportunity to buy HTC’s new One M9, your time is nearly here.
HTC will begin selling an unlocked One M9 at 12:01 am ET on March 27. HTC says that orders placed on its website will begin shipping next week. Pricing will be set at $649, and the device will include HTC Uh Oh Protection, which includes a one-time free replacement within your first 12 months of purchase. Uh Oh Protection covers cracked screens, water damage, and even carrier switches.
If you’d prefer to get your One M9 on a lease or on a contract through a carrier, the device will begin hitting carrier stores on April 10. Both AT&T and T-Mobile have said that they’ll begin selling the phone a bit earlier, though: AT&T will begin taking orders in stores and on AT&T.com on March 27, with orders shipping the same day if received by 2:00 pm ET, while T-Mobile will begin taking orders on March 27 at 9:00 am ET and deliveries happening “weeks before it’s available for everyone else.” AT&T and T-Mobile pricing for the One M9 looks like this:
Neither Sprint nor Verizon have announced their HTC One M9 launch plans, but now that AT&T and T-Mobile have, expect big yellow and big red to share their plans shortly.
