Boost Mobile today announced a new promotion that not only knocks $5 off the monthly price of its rate plans, but also doubles the high-speed data allotment of each offering.

The new Data Boost Plans from Boost are available starting today and will be available to both new and existing customers until Nov. 3. Here’s how the new plans break down:

• $35 per month for unlimited talk, text and data with 1GB of high-speed 3G/4G data
• $45 per month for unlimited talk, text and data with 5GB of high-speed 3G/4G data
• $55 per month for unlimited talk, text and data with 10GB of high-speed 3G/4G data

The Data Boost Plans are available for all phones, so no matter which handset calls your pocket “home,” you can double your high-speed data allotment. Overall this looks like a pretty spiffy offering for Boost customers, and hey, these new offerings could make Boost worth a look if you’re in the market for a new prepaid plan.
