Less than a week after a rumor claimed that Verizon is planning to add a white version of the LG G2 to its shelves, some images of that very device have made their way online. Posted to Twitter by @evleaks, the renders show a Verizon-branded G2 that looks similar to the black variant that launched in early September, just with a white paint job. Verizon will reportedly begin sales of the white LG G2 on Nov. 14.
The G2 is one of LG's current flagship Android smartphones, boasting a 5.2-inch 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and a 13-megapixel rear camera. It's perhaps most well-known for its unique set of rear-mounted buttons that rest below that 13-megapixel shooter and include the volume controls as well as a power/lock key.
Obviously this white Verizon G2 isn't official until LG and Big Red make it so, but it's certainly looking like anyone wishing for a snowy white Verizon G2 to help them gear up for winter will soon get their wish. While there's no word yet on how much this white handset will cost, it'll likely carry a price tag similar to the black G2, which is currently priced at $149.99 in Verizon's online store and is actually out of stock as of this writing. If the rumor mill is correct, this white LG G2 will be available from Verizon in just a couple of days, so be sure to keep your wallet within an arm's reach.
