Nokia's "Innovation Reinvented" event on Oct. 22 is rumored to be jam-packed with new hardware, including at least six new devices and possibly some accessories as well. Apparently the Finnish firm's got some fresh software up its sleeve, too, as a new leak has given us a glimpse at a new app referred to as "Storyteller."
Posted to Google+ by @evleaks, the screenshots show what looks to be a photo-centric app that allows users to organize their shots into special events like "Away for the Weekend." The events can then be viewed either in a timeline or on a map, marked as favorites or shared with other users, and each of those four categories has its own section in the app. The two screenshots are said to be from the "Bandit," aka the 6-inch Lumia 1020, and the Windows RT-powered "Sirius" tablet.
Attached to these screenshots is the date "10/22," suggesting that we'll see the Storyteller app make its official debut at Nokia's shindig in Abu Dhabi. It'll definitely be interesting to get the full rundown on Storyteller and exactly how it works, not only because we've got so little info on it now, but also because it's a new app from Nokia. Good thing that we've got less than a month until the company quenches our thirst for knowledge (and for liquids) in the desert climate of Abu Dhabi.
