The BlackBerry 10 leak train is going full-steam ahead this morning, as some carrier training documents that explain several different portions of the new OS have made their way online. The docs originated from Canadian carrier Rogers and have been posted by CrackBerry. While there's nothing terribly surprising to be found inside, which is mostly due to the fact that BlackBerry 10 has leaked more than a bucket with Swiss cheese-style holes in it, the docs do reaffirm some of the new features found in BB10 like BlackBerry Remember and the new keyboard. The slideshow also mentions that RIM expects to have 70,000 apps available in BlackBerry World at launch and that the BlackBerry Z10 (aka L-Series) will include a Snapdragon S4 processor and 1,800mAh battery.
A separate set of BlackBerry 10 documents has been shared by TechRadar, with these slides focusing on the full-touch BlackBerry Z10 smartphone. These docs cover specs that we've already gotten wind of thanks to yesterday's Z10 video leak, but it's nice to see them pop up again. According to the slides, the Z10 will feature a 4.2-inch 1280x768 display, 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 16GB storage, 2GB RAM and NFC along with an 1,800mAh battery to power the whole show.
The countdown to RIM's BlackBerry 10 launch event is now down to just two weeks, and while it may seem like the company will have nothing left to shown on stage after all of these leaks, it wouldn't surprise me if Thorsten Heins and Co. still have a thing or two up their sleeve for the big shindig. So far, all four major U.S. carriers have committed to supporting BlackBerry 10, but the only release date tidbit that's surfaced is a possible late March launch for T-Mobile. Good thing that we've only got 14 more days to wait until all is finally revealed.
