Ready for a pair of LG leaks to start your Saturday off right? First up, we've got a pair of images from DroidDog showing an AT&T-bound handset referred to as the LG Escape. Also known as the LG P870, the device is rumored to sport a 4-inch qHD (960x540) screen, 1.5GHz dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor, 5-megapixel camera, 1GB RAM, NFC and 4G LTE connectivity. What we don't know about the Escape quite yet is when it'll be launching or how much it'll cost when it does.
One device that we do have availability details for, though, is the LG Intuition for Verizon. Some new shots leaked to Engadget have revealed that the LG Intuition may hit Verizon's shelves on September 6, the same day as the Samsung Galaxy Stellar. The Intuition apparently won't arrive in all channels on that date, though, as it's said that the handset will be available online starting September 6 and then in stores on September 10. In addition to providing a potential launch date, the leaked shots confirmed many of the Intuition's specs. Here's what you can expect from Verizon's version of the Optimus Vu:
Nothing terribly surprising there, but it's still nice to have an idea of what to expect once the Intuition finally lands at Verizon. There's no mention of pricing in these images, but a previous leak claimed that the Intuition will be priced at $199.99 with a two-year contract at launch, while full retail pricing may be set at $549.99. Meanwhile, the LG Escape for AT&T looks like it could be worth checking out for folks that want a new LTE-capable handset with a smaller (by today's high-end smartphone standards, anyway) display around 4 inches. Stay tuned for more details on both the Escape and Intuition as we get our mitts on 'em.
