Today may be Saturday, but it looks like it's also LG Handset Leak Day, as images of a pair of LG smartphones have made their way online. First up is the LG Intuition, which a recent leak showed is likely the retail name of Verizon's version of the 5-inch Optimus Vu. Sent to DroidDog, the device in these renders looks fairly similar to the model that was originally introduced way back in February, though this version features branding for both Verizon and it's 4G LTE network. It also looks like the Intuition is getting a new capacitive button layout, as the Optimus Vu's buttons were Menu, Home, Back and Search while the Intuition appears to have Back, Home, Recent Apps and Menu buttons.

Next we've got a device that's being referred to as the LG Optimus G. Some of the photos, which were posted by AndroidMX.net, also shows it labeled as the LG-E973. This handset's spec sheet will reportedly include a 4.7-inch 1280x768 display, 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (like the one mentioned in LG's new teaser video), 2GB RAM, 13-megapixel camera, a trio of capacitive navigation keys and Android 4.0.4. As you might expect from the aforementioned list of specs, AndroidMX.net says that the E973 flew during their time with it.

So when might we see these two handsets officially introduced? With IFA in Berlin just around the corner, it's possible that LG might decide to show the E973 there, though we'll have to wait until the show kicks off before we know for sure. The Intuition's release date is also a mystery, but with a pricing card, "in the wild" shots and now official-looking renders, the device and its 5-inch, 4:3 display may be getting close.
