Less than two weeks after photographs of Verizon's LG VS930 in the wild made their way online, official-looking renders of the phone have surfaced. As you can see above, the device will be dubbed the LG Spectrum 2, and it looks pretty much the same as the handset in those aforementioned photos. There's plenty of Verizon and LG branding to be found, and LG also appears to have given the Spectrum 2 its new Optimus UI 3.0, which makes sense considering that the international version (Optimus LTE II) features that same skin.

Previous rumors have claimed that the VS930/Spectrum 2 will feature specs like a 4.7-inch 1280x720 True HD IPS display and an 8-megapixel shooter. Under the hood, we've been told to expect a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 16GB storage, NFC, global roaming support, 1GB RAM, and Android 4.0.4. Despite the numerous leaks that the Spectrum 2 has starred in, though, there's still no word on when it might hit Verizon's shelves. At least we've got plenty of photos to stare at while we wait for LG and Verizon to make this thing official, I suppose. So Verizon customers, now that we're starting to get a pretty good idea of what the Spectrum 2 is all about, you think it'll be worth opening up your wallet for?
