Interested in gobbling up every last leaked bit of information about ASUS and Google's rumored Nexus 7 tablet before its debut? Then today's your lucky day, as two photos purportedly taken with the device have made their way online. There's nothing terribly exciting about the images themselves, as they just show some ceiling tiles and lights, but the EXIF data for the shots shows that they came from an ASUS-made device referred to as the "Nexus 7." The photos were posted by Somit Bh. The same two photos have appeared on this person's Google+ profile, and clicking on the location data for the shots shows that they were taken in Google Building 44.
Rumors of a Nexus tablet have been swirling for months now, with some reports claiming that the slate could feature a spec sheet that includes a Tegra 3 processor to go along with its 7-inch display. So far the only Nexus devices that we've seen Google release have been smartphones, so it'll be interesting to see what it and ASUS can come up with for a possible Nexus-branded tablet. The device is rumored to be debuting at Google I/O, which is taking place June 27-29, so it may not be much longer before we can stop analyzing EXIF data and get to checking out some actual hardware. How many of you are considering picking up the Nexus 7?
