It's far from the most exciting device announced at CES 2012 in Las Vegas, but the Motorola DROID 4 is a pretty solid upgrade to the legacy line that started the Android push on Verizon.  The design is now in lock-step with the DROID BIONIC, RAZR, and recently announced RAZR MAXX, and it's packing features like a 1.2 GHz dual-core TI OMAP processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 4-inch qHD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p recording, and Android 2.3 with Motorola's UI. 

Pricing and availability haven't been announced, but if the countless rumors can be believed, it's coming soon.  As far as design goes, I like it, and am impressed with how it integrates the original DROID line into Motorola's current design scheme.  I was pretty partial to the DROID 3's keyboard (in fact, I've called it the best keyboard on a mobile device in the past) and don't think the 4's QWERTY holds up quite as well to the speed typer.  But it's still good, with decently large keys and a nice tactile feel.  Maybe I'll be proven wrong with extended use
