Looking forward to the Motorola DROID 3 and DROID X2/X^2? You'll be excited to know that both devices have just popped up in Best Buy's Cellebrite systems, complete with their respective model numbers. The DROID 3 is also known as the XT862, which is interesting since the DROIDs before it were known as the A855 and A955, and the DROID X2 sports the model number MB870.

Although neither device has an official launch date, we've heard that the X2 could arrive this month, a rumor which is supported by the leaks of both the device's official press images and minimum advertised pricing. Info on the DROID 3's launch is a little more scarce, but one tipster has suggested that it could be released sometime before the second quarter is up.
