Just when we thought that the HTC ThunderBolt's launch date was finally confirmed to be February 24th, in comes more rumors to suggest that that's not the case. First up, we have the folks over at AndroidGuys reporting that the TBolt's release has been pushed back four days to Feb. 28th, although no reason for the delay was given. I know what you're thinking: four days isn't bad, right? Well what if the handset's launch was bumped all the way back into March? That's exactly what's going on, if one of DroidAttic's "most reliable Best Buy contacts" is to be believed.
The ThunderBolt's launch date rumors have spanned just about every day in February and now they're stretching into March, which has to be kind of frustrating for those users that desperately want to get their hands on Verizon's first 4G handset. No one is quite sure what's been causing all of the delays, but the most popular theories seem to revolve around the iPhone 4. We'll continue to keep our ears to the ground and update you as more info comes up.
