We've seen Motorola's Honeycomb-powered tablet on several occasions, including one shot where it was sporting a Verizon logo on its face. Now it appears that Moto is ready to show off the device themselves, releasing a new teaser video showing popular tablets through the ages. The clip calls out the iPad for being "a giant iPhone" and its Android brother, the Samsung Galaxy Tab, for running a version of Android meant for a phone. At the end, we're shown a buzzing bee flying around, hinting that we'll get a taste of Honeycomb at CES 2011 next month. You can find the full video below.
This is a pretty clever little teaser from Motorola, and it's good to see them calling out the competition, including the Galaxy Tab. Moto's tablet, codenamed Stingray, sounds like it's going to set the bar for all Android tablets to come, and with backing from both Verizon and Google, I've got a feeling that it's going to be a big seller. CES is only a few weeks away, folks, so you'd be wise to start saving your pennies now.
