With all of the recent Motorola Droid X and Droid 2 leaks, we've gained quite a bit of information on the devices. What we've been missing, though, is an exact launch date. Now it looks like we may have a date for at least one of them, as Droid-Life has reported that the Droid X will be launching on Verizon on July 19th. Verizon stores have recently been told to place t-shirt orders, to put up window merchandise on July 18th, and to prepare their stores to open early with full staff on July 19th. The news apparently comes from multiple sources, and it fits nicely with the previous rumors we've heard of a July launch for the Droid X. With its reported 4.3-inch screen and multimedia apps, the Droid X has the potential to be a big hit with the Android community. The Droid X will also reportedly be running a new version of MOTOBLUR, which should breathe new life into the Android skin. There's still no concrete release info for the Droid 2, but the way these leaks have been coming, we should be hearing something any day now.
