Pantech Razzle coming to Verizon Wireless, sporting odd design
Pantech is notorious for utilizing the entire spectrum of cell phone designs when launching a new device, however the Razzle TXT8030 takes the odd design war to a new level with a rotating keyboard/bottom lip. On one side, you get your dedicated media buttons, and on the other side, you get your full QWERTY keyboard. Truthfully, the design is really the only interesting thing about the device; with a 1.3 megapixel camera, microSD card slot, and VZ Navigator, the rest of the phone is pretty run of the mill. Expect to see the Razzle in Verizon Wireless retail stores sometime in October for around $60. Via PhoneArena
Verizon executive confirms that Pre is coming next year
As I said in a previous article, the comments made by The Street last week were sketchy at best - and Verizon has since spoken out in favor of picking up the popular webOS device. Jim Gerace, Executive Director of Media Relations, spoke with the E-Commerce Times and went on record to say that the Pre would arrive in January at the nation's largest wireless carrier. Nothing better than hearing it directly from an involved company, right? Via PreCentral
Sony Ericsson Satio unboxed in three colors
Launching on October 7th, I knew it was only a matter of time before unboxing pictures and videos surfaced on the internet. A "super unboxing video" of sorts, the YouTube user decided to unbox all three colors of the 12.1 megapixel beauty. Check out the full YouTube video here. Who's going to purchase one?
