I'm 14 days into a 30 day challenge with the HTC One, and I continue to be impressed with the build quality of the phone. That aside, I've been working more and more with the camera and its features, including HTC Zoe. My favorite thing about it is the ease of use - there's no additional work required by the user outside of toggling between HTC Zoe mode and regular camera mode. It works best when you take a combination of still images and Zoes - and obviously, the more you take, the better the finished HTC Zoe video is.
One of the bigger challenges I'm coming across is the lack of LTE. In an established LTE market like Dallas, going from 20-40 Mbps to 2-5 Mbps is noticeable, particularly when doing data-intensive tasks.
