The good: Easy Texting on both physical keyboard and on screen. There are apps to download for free that can fix almost any problem with the software in the phone.Astounding screen clarity. Browses the web as good as a mac book. WIFI allows you to browse internet even faster and save a bit of battery.
The bad: Battery life is short until good apps are downloaded and GPS and other aspects turned off. Does not have external alert for text messages.
Summary: I purchased this phone two weeks ago after debating between the HTC Hero and the Moment ( much like everyone else). So i decided not to come to a final decision til i had hands on experience with both in the store. After messing with both i came to the conclusion that they were relatively the same.It just seemed the Moment was much faster at browsing the web and better to text with. Seeing as i mostly text and browse the web it was a no brainer for me. I quickly discovered that battery life drained on this phone faster then any phone ive ever seen. So i turned off the wifi and GPS on it and a few other things and now it can go a day without charging at all. The only major flaw with this phone is that when the screen is locked, when i receive a text it rings but there is no external display meaning, if I dont hear it, then i wont know i have a text until i just got to "messages". Thats a big problem with me since i listen to my Ipod alot. Other then that, I'd have to say this is almost the perfect phone for the casual uses of texting and web browsing and other typical aspects of phones. I honestly believe this is an amazing phone for anyone no matter what their main use for their phone is. I say that because i cannot find a flaw that prevents the full use of every feature of the phone.
The good: small, easy to use UI, good radio
The bad: if all you do (like me) is make/take occasional calls, then the only cons are 1) the ringer isn't very loud, and 2) the keypad doesn't really lock when closed, pressure in tight pockets like jeans will cause bring up screens where Verizon tries to sell you something.
Summary: I just want to talk to people every now or then. The phone works for that. I've never had problems with the battery because I charge it every night. I had to get a replacement from Verizon after 4 months (for free) because the display went bad.
The good: great features, typical for the newer LG phones (like the enV touch and enV 3). Music is amazing on it. Touch screen is great.
The bad: Can't really think of any.Wish it had a few more main menu custimization option, but overall there is enough options
Summary: Wow! I am amazed with this phone. I replaced my Samsung Glyde, very horrible phone, with this one and am just amazed. To start with the touch screen works VERY WELL. I have had no problems with it, unlike the Glyde. Just like Chocolates are known for the music on this phone is beyond cool. The speaker on it works just like my speaker on my iHome. There is this cool drum feature where you can play along with the song. Don't really know the point but still kind of cool. Also there is FM radio, but you need headphones to listen to the radio. But it take the regular 3.5 headjack, like an iPod, which is awesome. The camera is really good, takes nice photos. There is on screen editing tools. It also has the famous drawing pad which is always fun when your bored. The texting on this phone is good for a touch screen. I am a teenager so I text quite a bit and I can text just as good on this phone as I could on all my other phones. If you turn the phone horizontally there is a full virtual qwerty keyboard. Also the shape of the phone is beautiful. it is so thin but not too thin. it fits perfectly in your hand. Overall I love this phone and am looking forward tohaving it for the next 2 years :)
The good: Battery life, battery, did I mention the battery?
WM6.5, Nice Qwerty, Good overall feel. International SIM card.
The bad: 320 x 280 Screen, Voice volume 10% to low on phone. Slippery back..you have been warned!
Summary: Out of nowhere samsung hit a home run. (did that give the review away?). Did I mention I am more picky with my phones than my cars? First up..Amazing Battery....I have no idea how samsung has done it but its mind altering. This morning I got up and turn every option on the the phone at 8am to ON. Used it all morning multitasking and im at 94% battery at 3PM!!! Never seen anything like it. Great Professional phone. If you need games all day this is not your phone. Clear calls texting and email this is your phone, Speaker phone is very good, however the main phone volume is just a tad soft...another 10% it would have been perfect.....but im sure that uses more battery. Came from a Palm PRO which is a good phone...this is better much better. Cons: Samsung?...why oh why would you use the most slippery plastic know to man on the battery cover? Are you kidding? For 2 cent you could of made a grippy plastic. And while im bitching...Windows button and Ok button do not light up? Sooo Easy to fix. Ok on minor real gripe....this might be the only deal breaker from you. The small screen. 320 x 280 is ok but for 4 dollars more you could of had a perfect phone at 320 x 320. Which is the only thing that I miss on my Palm PRO. If your mission in life is to surf the web...IPHONE or ANDroid....Having said that, It is perfectly fine for a a few web hits a day and is a serious upgrade from WM6.1 all around.
Summery: Great alternitive for the BB crowd and Professionals. Excellent phone quailty, outstanding battery and a long overdue upgrade for WM. Highly Recommended.
The good: Crisp sound from the phone. Vivid colors on the display. Great Battery life
The bad: Touchpad can be hard to press. No way to set an mp3 as a ringtone.

Summary: The phone has some nice features like Dolby sound and a 3.5" jack as well as a battery that lasts longer than its predecessors. However, I wish the touchscreen were more responsive as I feel I am pushing down hard on the screen to get a response. I would also definitely recommend a casing for the phone as it gets scratches easily.
The good: it has my space gps navigation free apps voice dialer and finder screen is very fast it has everything i need
The bad: it turns off very quick u have press the menu key to start something were u left off
Summary: it is a great phone it has everything i want so useful one of a kind very unique in it's own way
The good: Great music features, and texting looks excellent!
Sleek design and super thin. Thinnest touchscreen so far and easy to navigate.
The bad: It is still a not a capacitive touch screen like the more expensive phones.
Resolution could be higher, but still is good enough for an non smart phone.
Summary: A great music phone. Supper thin, but resolution could be better.
Texting seems good. Overall good non-smart phone.
The good: Exceptional speakerphone capability with little to no distortion at highest volume. Speakerphone volume and clarity bests any model of mobile phone, PDA or smartphone of which I'm aware. Excellent for conversation, good for texting.
The bad: Materials and design, crowded dialpad has poor contrast in pink colour (I'd recommend the blue with green contrast to highlight the dialpad, though no help with the other keys). Poor for any use except conversing and texting.
Summary: I recently finished a highway road trip with a convertible, and when a girlfriend produced this phone from her purse, I laughed. First impression was as that of a toy, until hearing the maximum speakerphone volume. Both sides of conversations on speakerphone were quite clear for a mobile phone, even against an open motorcar with road noise. At lowest volume the speakerphone remains very clear in quiet environments. The sound volume and simple design should make this an excellent phone for noisy environments as well as for those with fading hearing, but the dialpad and keypad design would probably severely undermine it for the elderly. The display is adequate for texting and GPS.
The good: great camera, great sound on ringtones, sleek enough for my pocket
The bad: Haven't figured out my voicemail
Summary: The touch screen took some getting used to but overall I have been satisfied. I changed from the Motorola Razr and like it way better then that, especially the camera. I get great reception, all people I have talked to say I sound really clear, my motorola always cut in and out and people had a hard time hearing me.

The widgets are really neat, I haven't tried out the MP3 player yet. Oh and when i do pic messaging, it rotates my photos and the wrong way, i haven't figured that part out yet. You can lock the screen so that you don't do any dialing, etc. accidently.
Okay...I had this phone for about a week already, going on two. And so far I have no problems at all. I don't know what people are talking about battery life. Mine last the entire day and I talk/text/and use the internet all the time. I will go down to a single bar...but that is already when I'm at home and getting ready for bed. I charge it while I'm sleeping and it is ready to go in the morning.
It is easy to use. At first I thought I would have problem getting the hang of it. This is my first 'touch screen' phone and my first cell that isn't a 'flip phone'. I love the slide out keyboard, that comes in handy. it took me a day or two to finally get used to the slide out keyboard. I was still in my flip phone mode with hitting the keys 2-3 times for the letter.
And now when I get home I'll load up music onto the phone :) Can't wait!!!

I would recommend this phone.
But I really shouldn't...I dont like people having the same things as me :) hahaha
It is a great phone.
The good: Nice Design, Stereo Bluetooth, Good Sound Quality, Nice music player features.
The bad: Voice Command turns on speakerphone.
Summary: This phone is a decent phone for what it is. The outstanding item is the music playing feature. It has controls on the front that allow you to play/pause/change songs without opening the flip.

My biggest complaint is that the Voice Command button automatically turns on the speakerphone. (There is a separate speakerphone button that I could push if I WANTED to use speakerphone.) With my old Motorola, I frequently opened it, pushed the Voice Command button and dialed someone by voice. Now if I do this, I am automatically on speakerphone. If I had known this, I would not have gotten this phone.
The good: Features, Design
The bad: Basically everything else listed!!!!!
Summary: There are many pros and cons to this product. I'll start with the pros since there are quite a few cons. Great camera and video, flash on both!! I had a Voyager and broke the charger like twice, where I have yet to brake this one. And I love the drawing pad feature and Need for Speed!!!!! Awesome additions!!! Touch screen is pretty easy, messaging is good both ways. Now for the cons. The touch screen smudges and scratches so easy!!! AND if you try to rub off the smudges and finger prints, it only makes it worse. The battery life is terrible!!! And, this phone has the most glitches I've ever seen!!!!!!! I could tell you a million stories!!!!!! Like once, I charged the phone, turned it off and left it alone. End of the day, turned it back on and my wallpapers were gone and it was changed back to it's original theme, Modern Retro, instead of the theme I changed it to myself, Blue Inspiration. And then a few days after that, I was just holding it in my hand, I flipped it open and closed it then flipped open again, then all of a sudden, the screen had yellow and red and green and blues lines on it. I flipped it closed then opened it and it was working perfectly fine again. Also, it constantally just blacks out. And no matter what you do, it will stay blacked out, unless you take out the battery. One day, I took it to the store because of the poor battery life and found that if you want the battery to last a little more than 12 hours, you should use the touchscreen keypad, not the internal qwerty, and set the backlight settings as low as possible. It worked, but why?? What is the point in having an internal qwerty keypad if it is going to ruin the phone?? And the touchscreen is a huggggeeeeee pain, too!!!! I swear, I've called numbers on accidents about 20,000 times since I've gotten the phone!!!!!!! In my pocket, purse, wherever. It never fails!!! The auto lock, dosen't help either!!!!! Well, as you can see, for me, pros, and many cons. Would I recommend it?? No. This ends my review for the LG enV Touch.
The good: High quality Motorola iDEN phones, clear, quiet calls, superior push-to-talk network
The bad: None! for $50.00 a month, unlimited??? are you kidding?!
Summary: First of all, lets clear up some misconceptions about the Boost network....there is NEVER any roaming to worry about because iDEN is INCAPABLE of roaming!! Some of the reviews in this forum are obviously written by MORONS because ...you are uneducated in cellular network knowldege. Get your facts straight before trashing the most superior network on the planet.
The good: Service (Where I live and use it)

The bad: Lack of variety and new technology in phones
Summary: Our family has had centennial wireless (or at least a partent company) for over 20 years, and there's a reason why we've stuck with them for so long. If you're willing to take time to work with them and be polite you can really get a lot done. I think people who have problems are the people who fail to read the fine print before making decisions. Employees may mess up every once in a while and miscommunicate a policy, but you also have an obligation to read the fine print and legally understand what you're getting yourself into. The cell service, at least in michigan where I have used it is unparalled to anyone. I get better service in low service areas than Alltel, Nextel, Verizon, as well as many other national coverages.
The good: Full Keyboard, Vibrator, touch screen dialing.
The bad: text messaging inbox
Summary: got the phone yesterday and its a decent phone. i love the full keyboard, its nice and spread out which is very helpful.although when you get the notification for a message and you hit view, it brings you to the inbox. the crazy thing about the inbox is that it does not show the messages as they come in. it shows the messages by the sender, it organises all the messages under each individual person. not impressed with the inbox layout but its not that bad of a phone.
The good: Responsive touch interface, good internet and great MP3 player
The bad: Volume could be higher with headphones
Summary: Replaced Motorola Razor. Touch screen is responsive and "vibrates" briefly when hitting keys to give a tactile feel.Virtual keyboard larger then a few other models I was considering.MP3 player works better than my real MP3 player! Holds up to a 16GB micro SD and has a 1/8" headphone jack.Voice activation works well.
Internet is MUCH easier to navigate than my wifes Motorola Q.Works alot faster too even though they use the same network. The "widgets" and such are neat. Learning curve for it wasnt long. After a day or two, I had a good grasp of all the main features beyond making simple phone calls.
The only improvements I would make concerns volume levels. With headphones,I wish it could go a bit louder. That and at max volume using the phone its acceptable, but i'd prefer it to go up another notch.Speakerphone/ringtone volume is OK.
The good: Small and sturdy; Great graphics; Easy navigation through applications; Stylish and sleek
The bad: Backlight cuts off too soon; Keypad can stick if you are texting too fast; Front screen scratches VERY easy; Volume for callers is not very good
Summary: Overall if you are looking for a phone to make and take calls this is the one. I got the phone free, and in hindsight I should have done some homework. Afterall, you get what you pay/or don't pay for right?
The good: SO MANY DIFFERENT FEATURES!! STYLISH!!
The bad: The battery life isn't so long. HARDEST phone to learn to learn to use!!
Summary: This is my first smartphone and I find it very good for a first time smartphone buyer. I was recently (regretfully) using the Sanyo S1. I learned to use this phone all beacause of the exsistence of youtube! This phone is amazing though! I have the Everything Data 1500 min. plan with Sprint. Which makes a phone VERY useful!! Anyway, this is a great smartphone and I totally recommend it!!
The good: Unlimited EVERY THING
most phones have SD Slots
Mp3's on most phones
Good Camera on most phones
The bad: drop calls
phones restart
battery life sucks
Best phones cost the most
WEB is kinda slow but reasonable
Customer Service Fails

Summary: Well ive had metro for a yr now
i had the Samsung Messenger and it recently broke:(
But im deciding on getting the new M730 Metro's Secind touch screen phone nice and small.

well lets get to the point
i cant complain but they really have good prices on plans and they really tell the truth when they say unlimited. the phones sometimes give trouble so be prepared for that but thats not really an everyday thing but just be prepared...Customer Service Fails.....never can reach to a rep takes to long and to many calls to reach one.Drop calls yes thats for sure...but it really depends on your area..I always lost signal in the same place so i try to avoid that...other than that i cnat really complain...i just wished the phones were a little bit cheaper but hey the plans are amazing:)
The good: good pictures, holds alot of text messages
The bad: texting doesn't always work, always freezes, siding falls off, unlocks it's self when the lock button is still up, buttons fall off
Summary: This is the worst phone I have ever had if you have any other options i would go with one of thouse instead, anything but this phone.
